Where to start. I typically like noodles and company quite a bit. Me and a friend from work decided to splurge a little bit and go out today. I spent 12 dollars on my pesto chicken and ciabatta and drink, he spent 11on his pad thai which is a bit more than usual for lunch but its good so whatever. We decided to go at 1130 to beat the lunch rush which we did there was maybe 7 people there. We get our drinks sit down and 40 minutes go by. Keep in mind we have an hour for lunch + travel time. We get up to ask to get our orders to go instead at which point the cashier walks past me to go clear our drinks which we werent done with yet as well as 3 other tables. After 10 more minutes pass due to them taking that long to bag our two meals, we finally get back to work with 30 seconds to spare. Im able to eat at my desk thank god, so Im not hungry all afternoon. Worst service Ive had in a long time, food was ok being it was just warm and didnt have much for veggies in it, had no butter to put on my ciabatta as well so that sucked. Used to eat here twice a month. Now they will be lucky if we ever go back.I also plan on telling my 40 person strong team to avoid the place for lunch. Also, hiring one motivated person is better than having 5 snails working.

Great food, but they lost my business for good. One of the female managers made me cry when I went in there to get food the last time because she was so rude. All the soda for the coke machine tastes like Alka-Seltzer. Half the time the til person rings my food in wrong or double charges my card. I always order the same exact thing but the priceing is very inconsistent. Plus the male employee that knows how to make my food right doesnt seem to work there anymore. Now if I want noodles & company I go to Grand forks.

Have been there once. The owners are checking every detail. The place was clean, waitress cleaned empty tables fast. food well prepared. One of the best Noodles & Company I have been. Quite well managed. Update: Have been keeping going to this location and it keeps being as good as the first time.

Way way over priced for what you get. I informed manager that the pop taste like alker zer. Place was clean and staff was friendly. I wont be going again since there nothing on menu that interest me. I had the Korean noodles were good but extremely spicy.

Worst experience had to wait over 45 mins to get our food and it was cold and waiter left us with no silverware and when he was for some he just tossed it on the table they didnt even come over to see if we had gotten our food never again

Is there really no Noodles and Company I Fargo that cares about cleaning their dining room? I have been to both many times and always have a hard time finding someplace to sit. Makes me worry how clean their kitchen is.

Every restaurant is different, but this seems to be the least like any other Noodles Ive been to. Coming from Denver (where Noodles started) I have a high expectation when I come here and this is just not meeting it.
