Ive been to Pour House 4-5 times so far. Always get drinks and appetizers, but still havent had a meal. The appetizers Ive had include wings, firecracker rolls, chicago dogs, and the white bean hummus. The wings and FC rolls were both great, the dogs were good, and the hummus was simply lacking. The food prices were a little on the higher side, but still acceptable. The food is cooked well and served quickly. Portion size is good too. The restaurant is huge! Large bar area, dining area, and outdoor seating. There are high top tables, booths, and regular tables. Plenty of TVs showing essentially every game playing at the time as well. My financee and I actually had our engagement party (~20 people) here a few months ago and had a great time. The servers have been amazing on every occasion - friendly, fun, and attentive. Now, the Beers: GREAT list, plenty to choose from. I really like how their beer menu is set up, and the wall with all the beer choices is pretty cool to look at too. I also like that they have rotating beers to choose from and always make sure to have a good selection of local brews. We were just there last night for Flying Dogs special tapping of a cask Bloodline that had cherries and oak bourbon chips in it to give it an "Old Fashioned" cocktail taste - and you got to keep your glass. We might have ended up taking 5 home with us :P The servers also have really good insight into the beers in case you get stuck when trying to choose. Theres also the option to make beer flights, so you can really try out a whole bunch of different things. I do think the beers are a little overpriced, which I understand for the imports or west coast beers, but its the local beers that I think are too high. When I go, I usually choose one local and have other beers for the rest. I was stuck between 4 and 5 stars for this place, but went with 4 due to the slightly inflated prices and the hit-or-miss food. Well definitely be coming back to Pour House again though. Overall, its a highly reliable place and were going more for the drinks anyway. Highly recommend if you like to explore different types of beer.

I always wanted to eat at this place since i tried everything around it,so i took my daughter there this evening. so here is my to sense..greeting at the door was o,k. The hostess was gonna sit us next To the bar which not very appropriate when you have a teen age kid next to a bunch of guys drinking at bar so we asked to move to the other side we sat down and the waitress was polite nice took our drink and appetizer order the chicken wing we order was great beer was also good..since Im a hamburger guy i ordered the pulled pork hamburger and my daughter ordered the pour house burger the presentation was excellent meat looked good could not wait for the first bite and man all i got twas a strong taste of salt i thought maybe it was the onion ring so i took another bite and the salt was so tense i stopped there same thing with my daughter. waitress came by and asked how is everything and we mentioned to her that the hamburger was extremely salty she apologized and asked if she can get a new order but declined a minute later she came by and said my manager will here to speak to you which was fine,,i told him about how everything was good except f2f or the hamburger and how salty it was he apologized and will not be charged for the hamburgers which i was not excepted to pay for something we did not eat. I left over 20% tip because Alex did a good job..but the reason for the long write up because the manager Failed to ask us back and offer some kind of resolution to gain our business for that reason will not go back again...

Kudos to them for trying as hard as they do. They intend to create an environment with a focus on the customer experience -- great service, many beers on tap, and large TVs for showing sporting events. A review will neither encourage or dissuade patrons to visit this place, as they have no competition for the type of service that they provide. Three comments: 1) for what they do, the place surprisingly doesnt smell (usually establishments like this smell like skunk beer; 2) they sell cheese curds, which are overly popular in the mid-west but are far from ubiquitous on the East Coast; and 3) they sell Guinness, apparently the only establishment in this area that does so. The place is a little too pricey for my taste but comfortable for an occasional visit perhaps. They sell gluten free fish tacos but at $15 for three tacos perhaps $3-5 overpriced.

So I ordered the steak sliders which are a diner entree. No warning from the waiter what so ever that this supposed meal is the size of an appetizer. Each slider is the size of a silver dollar and you only get 2... massive rip off. They then put a small amount of fries on the plate too top it off. Admittedly the little burgers were tasty, I just shouldve been warned that this is not a meal. also the beer, while there is a decent selection is incredibly over priced. 2 glasses of framboise lamb ic came to $32, mind you a large bottle which easily fills two glasses is only $9. I almost choked when I saw the bill. Only reason I didnt complain was I was out with my wifes parents and honestly was on the verge of flipping out. Long story short: dont go here, its a waste of money

Went three times, and with exception the first time, and for John, tall white guy with epic mustache- service and attitude are terrible- from the petty children "serving" drinks, Kyle (mixed guy) & John (Hispanic kid), all the way up to the management, "G", sloppy middle eastern looking guy, and some butch girl/guy hybrid thing (looks like Gary Coleman)! Will NEVER EVER go back there. Too much to type, but suffice it to say, it is common knowledge this place is run and operated by unprofessional, ungrateful, arrogant, and useless people. In fact, the little black boy/woman was so disrespectful the last time I went in there, Ill be letting corporate know all about it... And I work 60 hours a week, but will be making the time to draft a "strongly worded letter"!

My husband and I had lunch here today and it was awesome! We had our dog with us so we sat outside in the dining area which was a nice change. We typically dont have the option to bring him along. Our food was great! Everything came out as we ordered it and in a timely manne . Our server was awesome! She was very accommodating to not only us but our dog too! She offered to bring him out a bowl of ice water (it was 90° today) but I had brought his travel bowl with us so I just asked for an extra glass of ice water. She was very sweet. Every time she asked how we were doing she also checked to make sure the water bowl was full. We will definitely be back for more family lunch dates...with our 4 legged baby included!

We were very excited to try out the place for the first time after hearing about the new area. Walked into the restaurant and the place felt modern and comfortable. The experience, however, didnt. The host did not smile or greet us. Picked up two menus and dropped us off at a table. We sat and looked through the menu and were still excited to try the beers and food. Thought the cheese curds were interesting and couldnt wait to try that and a flight. We browsed through menu and waited patiently for a server, the one that never came. Finished looking through everything ten minutes later and then some and still no one. Just wanted to share my experience and hopefully the management reads this.
