I was very disappointed in my meal! The staff was not friendly and the cashier just stood there, never asked to take order or anything, just stood their and stared at me until I began to order. I ordered a small philly cheese steak to go and the sandwich was just thrown in a box the meat was not even on the sandwich. When I reassembled the sandwich there was barely enough meat to cover the bread. The meat tasted as if it had been microwaved and was very dry and there was very little cheese. I will never go back!

I just got a sub here today. The sub was delicious. I got my favorite, Corned Beef Brisket. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered online and pick up was quick. Until I went to pay for it. I had a gift card that was giving their register problems with not acknowledging the card. It was a bunch of hoopla but in the end, management took care the incident. I would visit this Firehouse subs again.

The service was terrible. I stood in line for a long time waiting to order my sub. When I got to the counter the server turned around and walked off. I asked for extra condiments to be added to my sub and they were placed on the side. Placed my order to dine in and it was packed in a bag to go. I will not be returning to this location. Its terrible!!!

I love the concept. Usually the subs are really good but the last few trips have been just ok. The staff/crew is always friendly, but the sandwiches have been...lacking. Either the order hasnt been correct or just lacking enough meat and such.

The Philly steak and cheese on whole wheat bread with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, provolone cheese was very tasty. FYI, we arrived shortly after 8pm and the staff was gearing up to close. We will dine here again.

My favorite firehouse location. The employees are all incredibly nice and seem to enjoy their job. Between myself and ten coworkers, weve never had an order made wrong. Every fast food place should take note!

Amazing food first time eating a firehouse sub and it exceeded every expectation I could have had. I got the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket. Absolutely amazing.

One of the worst expieriences. Staff was belligerent, hostile and rude about using a coupon. Avoid Fall of Neuse and go to another location.
