First off we arrived between 4 and 5. Stood at the door for a few minutes so the Host could finish his discussion with another patron which turned out to be no more than a gab session. Was seated at a table ordered our drinks and meal. After about an half hour of waiting we finally received our food. I have heard that the service was terrible but had to see it for myself. I dont blame this on the waitress as the place was not busy. I could count the occupied tables on one hand. I think the cooking staff was simply goofing off in the back. I intend to revisit but it may be a while.

Prices are okay. Theyve got to step up their service game though. I was there on a Friday evening before the real dinner rush. We had no wait for a seat, but it took a longer-than-expected amount of time to get our food. My order was wrong, but I didnt say anything for fear of another wait. This is not a good place to take toddlers. Theres a lot of action, buzz, and distraction, and my son wanted to get into all of it instead of eating. Better off going to Dennys if you have kids with you.

Wings were ok but nothing great ...have had a lot better ...Service was less than ordinary and i noticed too many waitresss were walking around like space cadets .Took too long to get served ....Went about a week after it opened so maybe the service is better now ...Too many TV screens in the restaurant and sound was too loud .Look like it was almost wall-to-wall LCD screens above the bar .. Nothing wrong with the pictures though ...BTW, good selection of beers ....

Tried their "Hot" hot wings, and yes they are quite spicy. I also tried their "Blazin" hot wings, and although it doesnt hit you right away, it ramps it up and only gets worse, so i hope you have high tolerance for spicy because it is quite spicy. I also had their bacon double cheeseburger, and the damn thing tasted like a steak between two buns, which is awesome.

The only good thing was our server Amanda. She got everything to us as quick as she could, it was busy and you could tell they were short handed. The food sucked. Our salads were wilted, the spinach dip tasted like nothing, the shrimp in my po boy was terrible. Ive ate at Buffalo Wild Wings many times, but this was sucked. Save your money go somewhere else.

Terrible service, food, and atmosphere. The wait staff doesnt care how long you wait for a seat, and once seated, will forget about you. Its also too loud to have a conversation with other members of your party. I will never step foot in this garbage "restaurant" again.

Disappointed. This could be a really nice place. Food is good but you dont get what you actually order, service sucks. Always out of half the beers on draft, and the waitresses only show up to give u a check, just terrible overall experience every Time I come here.

I took my 40week pregnant wife, 2 sons, sister in-law, her 2 kids, and my mother in-law and they were extremely accommodating! The girls were super nice and helpful with the kids. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family experience!

I wish I could give this a zero star. I will never go there again. Food was good, expensive for what you get. Service is horrible at best. No one is in charge. Management might be the only ones more incompetent than staff.

Wings were a good size hot and made to order.Tried 4 different flavors. The garlic parm was my favorite. Waitress checked back several times, to be sure we had everything we needed. Not very busy for a saturday night.
