Waffle House is what it is, reliable 24 hour real food. IT IS NOT A 5 STAR RESTAURANT, anyone who is looking for that should go somewhere else. But at 3am I challenge anyone to find a 5 star place open. That being said, my wife and I are Waffle House fans. No matter where we go the quality is constant, the service is usualy good. However, cleanliness is a challenge for most Waffle Houses. This Waffle House at 11pm on 04/12/16, the food and service was above what we expect. We like our eggs well done and it is sometimes a battle to get them cooked through. This time everything was right... The first time.

This was the messiest I have ever seen. None of the tables where clean. Food all over the floor and forks and trash behind the counter where guests can see. We where served 2 burnt waffles, asked for new ones and the guy said "yeah I forgot the timer and I smelled them" I said then why did you serve me them. 10 mins in another 4 customers complained of burnt waffles. They finally started using the time but they ignored it when it would go off. This wasnt even a busy time. Only 2 tables and two at counter. Recommend staff undergo more training before health department shows up.

Completely Horrible No stars 6 people in the place and still only got half of my food. Then had to wait for bacon and 1 waffle. The place is dirty, trash on the floor. Syrup container had syrup all over it. Thee condiments on the table look like they havent been wiped down in 3-6 months. Waitress was sitting and eating while people waited for there food. One person cooking food for 6 customers couldnt even keep up. And to top off all this they charged $1.10 for milk to add to coffee. Never go here

Plsce was filthy--one of the cooks was touching food with his bare hands--never put gloves on! Other cook did wear gloves! Food was nothing to brag about! I wont be visiting here again and have told friends and family to avoid going there! Very disappointed!!!

Food is really good at this Waffle House. Staff is friendly. Went in for breakfast on my daughters birthday because she loves waffles and they gave her a Waffle House hat and every time she goes in with the hat on, she gets a free waffle. My daughter is 3.

Food was tasty, hot, fresh, and very much up to the standard that is to be expected of Waffle House. Staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and bright. All in all, in the universe of awesome Waffle Houses, this one is in the top tier.

People called an after the phone call, the employee mad jokes about them. Then he said if yall want to eat here they will drive here. They told me pork wasnt on the same girl as my food. Yet when I receive my hash browns there was a chunk of ham in it.

Nice small place. I like the tables that are right up against the grill area. Sort of like a counter, but a table. Went here after dusk to dawn all night movies at Family Drive in in Stephens City. Needed a coffee and a waffle for the ride home.
