Ive been eating at Five Guys for years, since I found them in Maryland. When I heard that they were coming to Buffalo, I nearly danced for joy. On top of that, the people that work at this particular Five Guys are the most excellent people. Theyre helpful, quick to banter, and do a fantastic job. The food is fantastic and every time I go with new people, they cant stop talking about it. Bravo, friends. Bravo.

Nice burgers. Like the concept of having all you can eat salted peanuts. Its a good way to spend the time with friends while waiting for your order. The fries here are one of the best. No options for my vegetarian friends though.

Best burgers ever. I have tried different places for a good cheeseburger, but nothing like this place. And the good thing is that you have many options to add to your burger which make it special just for you ;)

It can get busy sometimes but I love the order online option. Employees are always nice. Amazing burgers. Fries are greasy and everyone will smell the bag but they are also amazing. Portions are sized well.

Unfriendly teenage male staff. Were not instated in offering customer service and made us as well as other customers feel a little uneasy with their sniggering and unprofessional behaviour whilst serving.
