When I walked in the staff everyone...seemed to be in their own world no one was smiling or speaking ...the only thing that came out of there mouths was chickenough or meatloaf...I explained to them that this was my 2nd time coming and I brought my family for the first time to eat here...and did that if they could explain to me how the ordering goes...the girlsurgery who where assisting really seemed like they did not want to be there...at the end of the day all the staff seemed mad,upset not happy all things that describe negative enervy was felt from every one ...they also did not take time with us ..they rushed and seemed as if they did not really care...oh and by the way it was not packed ....the bathroom was so dirty that I felt I needed to call the health inspector...also there was no trash cans in the restaurant...when the customers where done eating they left there plated on table and a lady who worked her had a carryout bag in her hand to collect the trash on the table ...one again there was no trash cans anywhere in the restaurant...they walked to the back to throw trash out......the floors where dirty you can tell that it has not been moped in days...and there was trash on the floor...overall I will not be coming back ..I was very embarrassed when I brought my family because I had talked Boston market up so much...I really dont know what is going on with the staff ...but you can tell that everyone has something else going on outside of work...and I as a customer should not be able to tell that...it should be pleasant when a person walks in to be served in a restaurant ...and for me and my experience ,it was not...

My family and I really enjoy Boston Market but this place is not were you want to go if you want to keep a positive view of the chain. This place is usually never busy, but it seems that most of the sides are always out and the trays are empty, even though it looks like no one is in the restaurant. It never seems to be the cleanest place either. From now on, I will be driving to one that is a bit farther away from my home just so I dont have to go to this place again.

I just love the Team, they are fast, hard workers and just awesome and so polite. Elvin Lazo is a great Manager he is so attentive, polite and he definitely knows the business. I love the food, but I enjoy the service they offer to all customers. Is so pleasant go to a place to have lunch and see happy faces and great customer service. My Favorite TEAM Boston Market from Capital Blvd at Raleigh, NC.

The food is always fresh and presented with a smile. The Manager Elvin and his Team do an amazing job. When eating in, they even bring the food to your table which is very impressive. When taking out, all of the food is packaged so carefully to avoid spills and to ensure it arrives to the house or workplace warm. I really enjoy eating with this Boston Market! My favorite spot for lunch.

Today I visited Boston Market on Capital Blvd and there white bowls for side order were dirty... I confronted the manager with this issue and he said that it came from the sweet potatoes being served in the bowls... But when you can scrape the stuff off of the bowl it is dirty... Very bad experience today... Very disappointed... The manager name was Darryl

This place use to be me favorite place. That is until I bought a family meal with an extra Rotisserie chicken and Both of my Rotisserie Chickens were undercooked. Thank God my kids didnt eat it. My husband and I did because we noticed late and we were both sick. I am NEVER going back.

Tried to order takeout online and it told me "something went wrong please try again later" I redid my order and it told me the same thing. I finally called the restaurant and they said they were too busy to take my order over the phone.... guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

The staff was unprofessional their was a long line of people who were waiting on food and one worker a was holding up the whole process be attempts to wipe down the counter. I understand that this needs to be done but not when u have 4 customers waiting.

Not open til 10. The hours are wrong. Only open til 9:30 despite what it says here. Didnt even have chicken on hand. Disappointing. I enjoy Boston Market, but this location was a let down.
