I always drive an hour just to come and eat at this particular location and today was no different. My husband and always come and spend a good amount of money because we just love the food but today was probably the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant!!!! We came in and not only did we didnt get greeted but the staff was very UNFRIENDLY and UNPROFESSIONAL to top it off since today is a "holiday" they close at 7 which meant none of the entrees where ready they were making food as you ordered, many customers as myself were frustrated because they where long waits for our food and the portions they were serving where ridiculously small compare to what we are charged for..so when I asked why was nothing ready all I got was dirty looks from the cashier named Karina and the manager named HEIDI was just as bad or even WORST!!! I asked for the store number and General Managers name and her response was looking up online.. WOW!!!!! This has definitely left a bad taste on us that we will no longer be making a 1hr drive to come and get treated this way, PANDA EXPRESS is a chain company and you guys are running a business therefore you should really upgrade your staff and professionalism to treat your customers with respect and sympathy because we pay for your service!!!

Went to go pick up food for dinner with my boyfriend and the food was fine. Fast forward to about 2 hours and 30 minutes and hes complaining about stomach pain and Im also sick with some stomach pain. We both ordered the same thing, Orange chicken and rice. Ive had theyre food before and it was good, but this time is the last time Ill eat there.

Amazing staff, was omw to LA from DC stopped by here staff is always happy the older lady at cashier checked on how I was doing ie I was exhausted ! World class customer service! Not that it matters most but the dishes seem smaller than other locations. Overall great staff

30 minutes before closing and nearly nothing but scraps left.The employee behind counter openly complained about asking cook to make more food adding in that they were closing soon..um 30 minutes do your job! There were 5 of us waiting on food.mine took 20! Minutes.

They cut the serving size in half for the same price. I stop here 3-4 times a week but with them trying to rob everyone now ill no longer be a loyal customer! !!!BEWARE!!! go to a different Panda Express ull get twice the food for the same price

Absolutely the best!!! Dont understand the bad reviews. Not my experience. The food was fresh, hot and delicious(tempted to go back for more).The staff were friendly and efficient. Will definitely eat there again when In this area of Virginia.

Slowest service Ive ever seen at a panda express. There were 3 ppl in line. Im third. The guy in second just left. The lady in first is just now being helped. There are 2 employees on break outside at the same time.

Panda Express...the staff was friendly. Thats the only positive. Food selection was pitiful, portion sizes are petty, and service was slow. Food tasted like it had been sitting all day in a tanning bed. Avoid.

The main dish portions are so small. Not worth the price, they are stingy when it comes to the main dish items. They give way to much side to compensate their stinginess. Will not be going back.
