I had high hopes as my wife told me it should be good. I am from Oregon and this was my first experience with visiting a waffle house. To sum it up in one word.... garbage... or maybe even swill. Dirty tables, smelly staff. The old guy that waited on me "Cli__" was rude and bazaar. I ordered a waffle large milk and biscuits and gravy. There was burnt and oily substance on my biscuit plate, Cli__ brought my milk out in a dirty glass half full stating that was all he had but I could drink chocolate instead. I canceled my waffle he got mad. I got up to leave and asked what I owed for the biscuits I had taken 4 bites of. He demanded full payment for everything. I explained my issues with the food and service, he got mad and said he would call the police if I didnt pay. I generally as a rule leave a $10.00 to $20.00 tip depending on the place I eat. If I leave smaller it is because of service issues. Here I was raped. Beware! If you go there you will be robbed and demoralized before you get out.

We came during a rush so there were some slight delays but all very reasonable. Our server was pleasant and cared about our dining experience. I ended up ordering a pecan waffle after finishing the meal i originally ordered, it was all very satisfying. I didnt think the wait was long especially after noticing that every seat was filled but my server felt bad and didnt charge me for the waffle. Im a pretty easy going and empathetic dude with no place to be today so I dont have the most exacting standards but I stand by the way this establishment was being run today.

Im sure the food is fine - same as any other Waffle House. Unfortunately, after 10 minutes of sitting at the counter not a single one of the 6 people working acknowledged my presence in the least, so I gave up and left. Im generally easy going and forgiving of things like a forgotten glass of water, things like that. But Im NOT going to beg for your attention so that I can hand you my money. Just offer me a cup of coffee. Heck, just make EYE CONTACT. Really was hoping for a pecan waffle and scattered/smothered/covered too.

I was having a bit of a rough morning after my grandpa passed away last night and I needed a coffee so I stumbled in to WH with bedhead and slippers on, looking a mess. Was greeted by every single employee when I walked in the door. My server Deb was a total sweetheart and it was such a pleasant experience. Service was excellent, food was great, and they make you feel like youre home. I dont know what your Waffle House experiences have been like, but give this one a shot. Worth it.

YES DRIVERS! THEY DO allow bobtail parking. The one down the road told me "this aint no truck stop, dont bring that thing here". This place said its OK long as you dont have a trailer. Very friendly, easy in and out, clean, not crowded and right off the get off ramp. Thank yall. You know some of us truck drivers get tired of eating fat food from the truck stop, its a little reminder of home when you get a good decent meal for once.

This Waffle House is nothing but a disappointment. I always receive awful service and bad attitudes from employees at this location. The only stars Im giving for this review are for the food, which is always amazing; too bad the service isnt the same. Go to the one on Wendover Ave, the staff there is competent and attentive even when they have a line out the door.

As a customer thats been to multiple waffle houses, this one was definitely the best. A Saturday night this entire area was packed, including the restaurant. my boyfriend and I got our food to go because it was very busy. waitress was nice and funny, and our food portions were far better than any other waffle house ive been to. well worth it and inexpensive

Went here after Fantasias show. When I say they werent prepared, thats saying it mildly. Service was terrible. If I wasnt so hungry and by it being late,I didnt want to leave. Then we ended up getting it to go. If Im in town again, please believe Ill never come here ever. I blame management for not having their employees prepared for tonight.

The food is on point. Our waitress was very sweet and cute as a button. Seating was a little tricky, theres no sign telling you to seat yourself, so if youve never been to one of these waffle houses you wouldnt know to do so. The bathrooms are ok. And check out (not for me), seemed a bit slow for the majority of customers.

Slow service, not friendly very task oriented. Took over 5 minutes to get a coffee , I had to ask for service. About 20 min to get food. 9 people working with several standing around not doing anything. And looking at their cell phones. Dirty store. Bad attitudes

Wonderful. First day on the job Hostess made our slight wait for a a table move quickly. Our Waitress, Jacque was the best. Efficient, cheerful and through. Food was prepared to order and very well plated and presented. Great experience, we will return.

I was there during a rush, so maybe the food was only so so, but all the employees were doing everything they could to attend to everyone. They were still friendly too. Theyre also open 24hrs I believe which is great since everyone else is closed.

First off it was very clean. My waitress was very friendly. Our food was served on a reasonable amount of time. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. I had never been there before, but I plan to start going on 6 a regular basis.

Best Waffle house Ive been to and Im from atlanta. 6 ppl came and checked on my Wife and I. The food was great and the service was efficient. I never thought Id ever leave a review for waffle house but today I am. They were awesome.

We took the chance of choosing Waffle House to celebrate Valentines Day as a group of 9. The staff was excellent and the food was awesome and prepared as requested ! Q was our waitress and she was very patient and down to earth!

Had a call in order and the lady told me it will be done in 8min. My boyfriend went to pick it up and ended up waiting almost 30mins for them to make it. It was only an All-star and that was it. We wont be back to this location.

The bar was very dirty and there were plates left there from previous customers. The server was very rude and kept using foul language. The food was not very good and was more expensive than it shouldve been. Im not going back.

The food was good but the table was dirty before we got there, and no one made any moved to clean it once we arrived either. I still love Waffle House as a whole, but this location needs some work in its staffing department.

One of the worst waffle houses ive been to. I can write a 5 page essay on how bad the server was. DO NOT GO TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE. I wish i can give this place a -5 star or something. Just straight horrible.
