If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chose that. This has to be the worst experience at any restaurant. The server did not provide us with dinnerware and we had to wait until we received our appetizer to request some. We requested that our daughters food be brought out as soon as possible (like we do everywhere else) and received her food after we got ours (we had to ask where her food was, he didnt even realize that she was forgotten). We asked for a bag to take home our food and he forgot to bring it until he was ready to take the money I reminded him that he still needed to get us a bag. He was very forgetful. On top of all of that he had a bad attitude. i couldnt figure out why he had one until some guests behind us sat down behind us and we saw a change in his attitude. I believe this wasnt an employee having a bad day but an employee who was upset that he had to serve someone of a different race. This is very sad. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone even if it was the last one on earth.

Ordered to go for mothers day. This is what my 93 year old grandmother wanted for dinner. It was very crowded... of course it was mothers day. I was waited on quickly. I was told my order would take about an hour. So I went to the mall. When I came back an 1hr and 15 minutes later it wasnt ready. But this is worth waiting for. Right??? My grandma didnt want anything else. Once I finally got the food... 4 dinners. We left and went to drop off dinners. I got a call that everything was greasy. Low and behold mines was to. Not only greasy it had no flavor. It was like it was tossed together. I will never spend that kind of money again at this location.

Monroeville is the worse Olive Garden of them all. I ordered soup and salad yesterday around 2pm. I ordered wedding soup. There were about 10 noodles in the soup, just awful, the waitress said they were making more but I couldnt understand why they would even serve it in that condition in first place. I asked to see the manager, to my disbelief, he acted as if, as well as stated, the soup was ok. The fact that he suggested that the soup was ok was my ticket to cancel my sit-in and take-out orders and immediately exit! If I can figure it out, I will upload the picture so you can be the judge!!!

Disappointing visit. I ordered the buy 1 take 1 special and prior to this visit they would give you a side of your soup or salad which ever you order to take also. This visit they told me they did not do that any longer. I also ordered an appetizer, which once I got it after my meal, ( and having to remind my server that i hadnt received it yet)was considerably smaller than usual. But the price was the same.Then my server which being kind of slow but very polite I had to continuously ask him for things. Not a meal that was worth the money.

Food is sub par. Servers are under trained. Couldnt tell me what simple dishes were or the ingredients. Drinks were watered down. Food and service took FOREVER. Waitress dropped one of my sons drinks on the floor. She picked it up, wiped off the lid, and tried giving it to him. I had to ask for her to get him a new one since his smoothie was leaking and it was on the floor. She had a bad attitude about that. Wont be going back.

Im highly disappointed in Olive Garden, I guess it should be every restaurant for that matter. But they definitely have down-sized their portions! The last time I went, the portions were smaller than they have been in the past, and the prices increased. Olive Garden I guess was smart, figured people filled up on all you can eat salad and breadsticks and customers was taking their food home, lol!

First table was dirty so I didnt want to sit there. The hostess asked wait staff to clean it. He did a small wipe of the table and left almost as much as was originally there. Plus pushed food crumbs onto the seating. When I said I wanted another table she acted upset but took me to another table which was clean. Server at the table was nice but didnt give me her name.

Each time I go to this branch, I decide not to go there each time but somehow visit again, food is extremely heavy compared to other branches, their salad has either too much or too little dressing, it also has some of the rudest waiters I have ever witnessed, terrible terrible service! not recommended, go to the Carinos in the mall nearby if you want to eat Italian.

The hostess was disinterested. We were there at 1:30 in the afternoon and were given dinner menus. When our order was finally taken, we were served the wrong thing. I am rating a 3 instead of 1 because we have had good service there before, and the waitress went out of her way after the fact to try and make up for the problems.

We used the online form to get on the waiting list so were seated almost immediately upon arrival. Our food was hot and delicious. Our server was new to the job so we overlooked a few mistakes along the way. All in all a very enjoyable meal. A bit pricey for a chain, but altogether very good.

Food was fantastic, ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and it was beautiful. This would have been a five star rating because the main and entrees were exceedingly great for a restaurant chain but the service was poor and we didnt receive some of our drinks until we were leaving.

Our waitress (Asher) was phenomenal. We had one issue with over cooked chicken but she was apologetic, and so was her manager. This is my second time coming here, and I will definitely be back. The food is great, and the staff knows how to take care of their guests!

Great casual experience, the food was very good. Atmodphere was pleasant and the service was excellent. The waitress (Nava) was polite and very helpful with the wine selection as well as helping with choosing our meals. I will plan to visit more often.

Dinner was good. But Manager "Dawn" came over and Hit on my wife while we ate. No Buddy!!! We are Happily Married, you should be ashamed of yourself. Will NEVER go to another Olive Garden again because of Dardens choice of unprofessionals.

Atmosphere and food are good, well prepared and varied. The drinks are excellent. I just dont like that they get there chicken meat from cruel chicken factories. Until they stop that I wont eat there, but someone else was treating.

Its been a couple years, but last time I went here the lasagna was soooo good I wanted to kiss whoever was back there cooking. I tasted every bite every ingredient. Superb food a true taste of Italy

All olive gardens kinda suck. The food is way overpriced for what it is and the service was terrible. Forgot about the appetizer, etc. The waitress was very nice, but the service was poor.
