I dont like this location much. There was no greeting when we walked in. We went to the counter and the workers just stared at us. All of their food look like it had been sitting out for quite a while as it was dried out even after it was stirred. Most Boston Market restaurants have new potatoes, which are red. They had potatoes that I thought were new potatoes but they were Brown. Luckily, I asked if they were new potatoes because I found out they were not. They were potatoes cooked with the chicken. They were not labeled to let anyone know and I am a vegetarian so it was very important to me that I knew something like this. I got a look like I was the dumbest person in the world for not knowing that they were cooked with the chicken. Also, we attempted to go through the drive-thru as this location has a drive-thru window, but the entire drive-thru box was ripped out of the ground. Im assuming it was being replaced , but there was no immediately noticeable sign to tell you that was what was going on.

I visited at 4pm and the chicken was poor quality as it was being held in a steam table instead of in the oven. There were only a handful of other people in the restaurant but the staff was just hanging out behind the counter instead of coming out to clean up the dining room. There are not a lot of tables in this location and it makes it even harder if your staff is not going to clean them when others get up. I saw the manager for a brief period as it looks like he spends most of his time in the office. He came around the front of the case and told the staff to change out pans then he went back behind the counter. He didnt even bother to come check on any customers in the dining room. - I want to like Boston Market but food quality and service like this will probably have me stay away....At least from this location.

I never gave negative feedback, but today is the day. SERVICE On my question about a price difference between a plate with 2 sides or no sides at all, J. answered: "It would be stupid not to get sides". I repeated my question, on which J. looked at me with a pause and looked away to talk to another customer. The service was followed with an ignorance and rudeness, took 10 minutes (there was 1 person before us), dirty nails (visibly dirty chunks of dirt under her fake nails, excuse me, but this is disgusting). Note: the price difference was almost 4 dollars. Now since I got no sides, did lovely J. call me stupid? FOOD is fine but cold. DECOR is fair. Hanging posters are falling down, not fixed. Im sure someone else would love to have Js job. Im not coming back.

Stopped here while visiting a friend at Shadyside hospital. Great to be able to get good food so easily. They have their own parking lot and the service has been great. Menu had grown from the old days when they just had chicken. I had meatloaf, my wife had the BBQ ribs. Very good meal for how fast it is. Glad we stopped!

I have been to this Boston Market several times and I have to say that the food never leaves me disappointed but the service is not the best of the Pittsburgh area Boston markets. Employees dont really care about anything, but honestly that is the only negative, food is good, and the place is well kept.

Ill avoid coming in after 9 again. Food was barely luke warm, sides were old looking and tasting. And later my stomach noticed the quality too. Usually all Boston Markets can be depended upon for their consistency. If youre basically going to shut down quality after 9, you should close at 9.

I ordered and paid online. I went to pick up my order and waited on 15 minutes while the folks behind the counter tried to figure out if I paid. By the time they figured it out my food was luke warm, no plastic utensils, no napkins and no salad. And they drive thru is not operating.

I had not been to Boston Market in a while. I had a gift card so this is what brought me in. The food was good. The pecan pie was even better Lol. Its still the same Boston Market that I can see. This location is convenient. The employees were nice. Ill be back for the pecan pie

Visiting from out of town and the food was GROSS. The ribs were super fatty, meatloaf tasted off (and I usually love their meatloaf), stuffing and gravy was flavorless, and pecan pie seemed old on the bottom....NEVER AGAIN

This place was so gross. Over packaged food. Smells disgusting like theyre trying to cover something up with chlorine so the food tastes horrible. I love Boston market food, but this place was a mess.

Patronized past 15 years. Within last few yrs departure of competent mgrs has resulted in poor service and atmosphere. Last visit at 2pm had no chicken or turkey available. Stay away!
