This was the worst experience ever at Fridays. There was a DJ who played very loud. You could not have a conversation. The music selection was very poor. It was unbelievable. The DJ even had to have his headphones on it was so loud. What gave you the thought that this was a dance club? You are a restaurant not a dance club. There are no facilities here to have a DJ. The people next to the DJ left the are immediately. Others left right away. I did not stay very long, it was very irritating. I would never return to such an environment. I will send a Google review about this situation also. I always enjoyed coming to Fridays for the food and a fun environment. But that will stop. Last time. You have lost a loyal customer. The bartender service by Jodi has always been fantastic, but unfortunately this experience will not allow me to come back to this harassment. I tried to get the manager aware of the situation and he talked to the DJ. The volume did reduce some, but was till very annoying. He also had lousy lights that were just annoying. What purpose did these serve? I am getting a discount coupon for this survey, but will never use it. WOW what a disappointment.

Save your money! Everything sucks about this restaurant. First off the whole restaurant is dirty and is in dire need of a remodel. The waitresses suck and dont do their job right. You never ever bring out the customers food before bringing out their drinks. Thats a big no no in the hospitality industry. Then on top of that the cooks in the back absolutely suck. The first time they burned my burger so bad. I was so looking forward to a stacked burger but now I dont ever want to order it again. Then the second time I ordered a steak and I told them medium rare and it came out rare. It is not hard to cook s steak let alone a burger. Then cant forget when I ordered a wedge salad and instead of getting a wedge of a salad I got salad spread all over my plate. Save your money. This restaurant is a joke along with its dilapidated state and its employees. So far the best TGIFs Ive ever been to is at 5300 Corporate Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Take your money there, you wont be disappointed.

So I got a meal with a friend. I got the JD burger. The burger itself is on the dry side, so make sure you ask for a shade rarer or ask for more sauce that comes with it. The fries is where I was disappointed. Both of us got burgers (he got the New Yorker) and yet we got different amount of soft fries. Yes. Soft. Mine wasnt salted. Which isnt nessesarily bad if it wasnt skimpy, lukewarm and soft on top of that. Now it was Tuesday 3/22 @ 10:45p place closes in just over an hour. My recommendation, avoid later hours. Make sure your booth isnt aimed by a ceiling vent as your food temperature (and yourself) will get cold fast. If you are those who eat burger first then fries, theyll be cold be then. (54° outside at the time and they had the AC blowing still. People sitting nearby kept their jackets on) In closing, it was okay. Just be careful using the front steps. The metals plates they got for steps are loose and will move slightly under your weight.

What a dump. Its been a couple of years since I ate in a tgiF, and had been looking forward to a consistent, reasonably priced, quickly served slice of American life. What a dissapointment. Small portions & excessive prices. Salad? what salad? Service was slow and slapdash. OK they went through the script without drawing breath, but didnt listen to the answers. A superficial, rehearsed, pretence at concern is no substitute for actually caring. The restaurant was noisy, tables too close together, dirty and dingy. I got the wrong food, the meat - despite elaborate claims in the menu - was unremarkable and inexpertly cooked. The desert was far too sweet.

We enjoyed the endless apps that you guys have that was until Tuesday. We just heard on television that the apps were just over $10 per person. When we got there the lady had informed us that they had raised the price from 10 to $15 per person and they added two new apps the quesadilla and one other that Im not too familiar with. when we first got the quesadillas they were so soggy that you could not pick them up because all of the insides or falling out When we got there around 5 p.m. the parking lot was virtually empty. So there should not have been a huge wait for our orders. When are people going to learn customer service goes a long way.

Hamburger was delicious salads were fantastic. Services was great until she was so busy forgot to put in our 2nd order of endless wings so we paid for endless but only got to enjoy one serving there. Had to wait for an order to go. Which if you love your boneless wings is not good could have had 3 plates of them instead of one now have to micro this order which is far less and they never taste the same from a microwave. :( she was so very sorry should have more help especially when schools are graduating and everyone is waiting for ever to get a table. But all in all a good burger and mixed drinks. :) :D

Ive been to a few fridays and this one is the worst. We were seated didnt receive no silverware even when our food came. My soup was cold and broccol was under cooked (broccoli soup). I got the sizzling chicken and shrimp. Chicken was very thin & small under cooked looked pale no browning. Shrimp sauce was under par compared to other fridays. Was really light for tomato sauce and barely any on my shrimp. Didnt taste the mash potatoes before i sent it back to be remade. Today was a sad day at fridays. Probly wont be back to this Monroeville 1. Dissatisfied & disappointed!

I got the 3 appetizers to go. First, the hot food was in a plastic salad container so it was cold when I got it. 2nd, there were no compartments so I had barbecue sauce all over my fried green beans and wontons. And the wontons were so hard, they crunched! When I called to complain, the manager Carol said we put it all together because thats how we serve it inhouse! Really Carol? Cause Ive never gotten it all tossed together like a salad! Cold and inedible. Check your food before you tip!

Terrible! Went in and literally sat for 20 minutes ended up leaving no one ever asked us if we wanted some drinks and from my experience with working in resturaunts your supposed to acknowledge customer as in ask if they want something to drink in the first 5 minutes of them sitting down...I watched my waitress serve all her other tables and walk back in the back never asked for our drinks or if we were ready to order I dont recommend this TGI nor will I go back to this one

It was my birthday and I wanted to go somewhere nice for my birthday so we decided to go to TGI Fridays but actually we left after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for our party of 7 to be seated and the hostesses were laughing at us and the host was digging up her nose eating her boogers and she was just being mean I just want to speak up to the world about this so dont go to Monroeville T.G.I. Fridays anymore.
