I have been going to this place since they have opened. The customer service is excellent. The prices are great and you get all you monies worth. The food is very fresh and cook in front of you. No fast food and/or pizza restaurant can compare to Penn Station. If you sign up for the e-mail listing you can updates on the monthly special. I have tried every sandwich there and my favorite is the Philly Steak. My only complaint is that their wraps are very small. Great place to eat lunch or grab before going to a game.

I recently went to Penn Station to try it out, ill admit the sandwich was good but the prices are ridiculous. I asked for the monthly special hoping to get a deal but all i got was a kids sandwich, fries, and a medium sized drink for $7.99. Really? i could have easily bought just the sandwich and made my own fries and drink. Not worth it if you are a college student on a budget, I would recommend Chipotle next door.

Sandwiches are complicated and instead of telling someone what you want on it as its made you tell the person taking the order, this leads to incorrect orders with the wrong toppings as well. The value is poor. The subs are small for how much you pay.

Everything is made fresh on the spot right there in front you. Place is always very clean. Staff is friendly and tends to remember regulars by name. You can almost always be in and out within 15 minutes even during busy times

Tasted delicious, price wasnt outrageous, and the staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. They came and cleaned my garbage up while I was still there and were very engaging but not overly engaging . Loved it.
