I went there for lunch and my boyfriend and I both got lo mein - it came out in about 5 minutes, luke warm, disgusting, used shredded lettuce and made us both feel sick after. This was our first time there and we will be sure to never return - at least Sushi Too is great! The Chinese in any food court is better than this place - I really think they heated it up in a microwave. The veggies in the lo mein were mushy which probably means they were old and cooked several times before they were served. Also, with only two other tables and three workers it still took them 10 minutes to get our check...very disappointing and we just wanted to leave.

I believe that your Restaurant advertise falsly. Today I order Shrimp Fried Rice, and Three Shrimp Egg roles. Notice my order was for Shrimp Egg roles. But when order was delivered at my place of employment. There were no shrimp in egg roles. This to me is fasle advertisement. My total was $ 8.50 for three egg roles that i was told had small bits of beef. I do not want pork, and I do not want beef. So if you do not serve Shrimp, why take my order. I am very disappointed.

It honestly doesnt matter what you order off the menu. It wont be bad, but it wont be any good either. Ive ordered, well, heck, I couldnt even tell you what I ordered on the various occasions Ive found myself there. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is great, but the food is unexciting and bland. Given the wealth of other Asian restaurants on Walnut St, pass this place by unless you desperately want Chinese food and neither Thai nor Japanese is going to satisfy.

Cant say I am a fan. I tried this place during my lunch hour, as it is close to my work. The service was good, and the staff was welcoming. The biggest dilemma with the meal was the fact that they dont offer types of eggrolls, just their own shrimp version; no pork etc. The General Tsos was decent, but nothing to crave or order again. I was wholly disappointed and will probably not return given the many options in the area.

This is the first time I have ordered from here. The delivery was prompt, but the food was horrible. An order of dumplings was barely cooked, and accompanied by brown salt water for a dipping sauce. The broccoli in garlic sauce was in a sauce that was more than half oil in the container, and the fish was covered in the standard orange goo that is served in the worst chinese fast food places. Absolute dreck.

We ordered a delivery and were given a time interval for it to show up. Five minutes after the interval had passed, we placed a call. The restaurant had no drivers that night, had not called us, cancelled the order, or in any way attempted to let us know about the issue. After placing the call, we were also told that they would call us back in the morning about it. We will not be ordering from them again.

Really good food and exceptional service. They are my go to for a quick and decent meal... Lunch specials are really good value. The décor is dated, but who cares when the food is this good or youre having it delivered?! An added bonus, you can order from Sushi Too menu and eat it here - apparently they are owned by the same family.

Not awful but not great, a coworker and i each ordered a lunch special, portions are tiny on the lunch menu. You get more soup than actual food. Lady i ordered with came back from her lunch and goes "im not trying to make a chinese food joke, but im still hungry." half of mine went in the trash because it was all celery.

The food was decent. Id rather get Chinese food somewhere else if there were any other on my way home. The female non-asian host was not so friendly at all. I think she is the manager or the owner, I am not sure. Not too motivated to stop back if I have other choices. And not too eager to recommend to my friends also.

Extremely bad place with literally the worst service Ive ever had. They served me stale tofu dish! After I pointed it out, they fastly collected the dish without any surprising/apologizing like its something they knew. Why Google review cannot give 0 star?? In a word, not only bad dish but also not fresh!

Large vegetarian menu which is hard to come by elsewhere. I ordered online and mistakenly put an appetizer on my order that contained meat...without knowing I dont eat it, the staff here called me to let me know about it and we switched it to the meat free version. I really appreciated that call!

Horrible. I am a Chinese food aficionado, and frequent visitor to Chinese establishments. This is one of the worse Chinese restaurants in the metro Pittsburgh area. Everything tastes like cheap prefab buffett food. No wait and quick service only because its that bad!

Meat is of decent quality and vegetables fresh, but the sauces are tasteless. Even dishes labeled as spicy were just plain spiceless. Although there were dried hot red peppers thrown on top, they were clearly not cooked in the sauce. Also the place is pricey.

I cant express how utterly disappointed I was in this place. The food was just not good. At all. Under seasoned, of textures...we ordered for 5 and none of us liked our food except for the five year old. Go elsewhere.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the East End, they make a lot of vegetarian/vegan friendly dishes that are hard to come by in other Chinese restaurants. The service is good and the dining area is nice.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant, no one of. I tiping 15% for takeout food, and packaging it by myself. I asked for the Middle-age Chinese waiter one more chopstick, I had not received any no answer.

Had lunch here last week and every course was terrible: hot and sour soup was grossly thick, fried rice was dry and had no flavor, chicken and mixed veggies was also not good. Would not go back.

The soy chicken dishes are delicious, although they taste more like beef. Great vegetarian hot and sour soup, not very good lo mein. Overall quite tasty, if a little expensive.

초심이 중요한데 예전에 비해서 음식의 양이 줄어들고 가격은 올랐습니다.

To say this restaurant has the worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten would be doing it a disservice. It is quite possibly the worst food Ive ever eaten anywhere in my life.

Very quick delivery but the food was inedible. The steamed dumplings tasted like were cooked in salt water and the rice was hard and undercooked. Very disappointing.

Nice decorations, but the food was lacking in flavor. Peking Duck was somewhat underwhelming: the skin wasnt crisp and the meat was rather dry and not thinly sliced.

Good americanized Chinese food, the sort of comfy "home" "local" chinese weve been looking for. Fair prices, portions perhaps too large. *Excellent* service.
