Been here several times and while the food is decent and better than anything else Ive found in Greensboro, it doesnt make up for their terrible service. It has occurred twice that they have closed 20 minutes before their supposed closing time and I have consistently been greeted with a lack luster hello if anyone says anything at all before jumping straight to what was your order? Im disappointed because of their close proximity to my home and work and like I said their Japanese hibachi is better than most but Im starting to question whether I want to provide service to a business that could care less if they get business or not. The Tokyo Grill on W Market is by far better! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. They consistently give great service. This just became my go-to hibachi place!

I like this place but i gave them 2 stars because they charge $5 extra to add extra meat to there boxes then only give you 5 or 6 more pieces of shrimp ! I paid $16 for a chicken shrimp steak box with extra shrimp and they still only gave me a small amount of shrimp. That was insane for that reason Ill never go back here. Also sometimes they dont cook there veggies throughly and they can be very dry and very crunchy.

Quick, fresh and tasty! The staff are nice folks and seem to work really well together ensuring each order is accurate and gets to the customer quickly. I APPRECIATE their efforts! Keep up the good work. Oh yeah, my family enjoys the hibachi chicken, jr shrimp bowl, shrimp and noodles and the little spicy fried wings.

Absolutely love the food, and service. The guys in the front are very nice and have great customer service. This place is quick and convenient even around the busiest times of the day. I made a mistake by ordering the wrong combination the manager replaced my order with no problem. The teriyaki sauce is amazing.

The food here is OK but I will not be returning; I wasnt given nearly enough chicken in my chicken bowl but a nice pile of rice. I also dont believe the teriyaki sauce was up to par but then again it wasnt too bad. The service was nice though, I will say that.

Steak is consistently good; well-seasoned and tender,no fat! The white sauce is famous, and the ginger is excellent. Generous portions for reasonable prices. Call ahead for take-out then it will be ready when you get there!

Tokyo grill has some of the best fast/inexpensive hibachi around. Its not quite as flavorful as Kobe of Japan, but it gets the job done. I prefer the atmosphere and employees of the original location on Market.

If you love rice, then this is the place to eat because they serve 90% rice and 10% food. I personally like 90% food and 10% rice. Just my 2 cent.
