Best Japanese steak house in the area. One of two authentic sushi bars with trained sushi chefs and trained Japanese steak house chefs. Mostly trained in a school in NYC but some were trained in Asia. We have eaten here since the first month that they were opened and come on all of our birthdays, anniversaries and special family celebrations. We have NEVER had a bad meal or less than great service. Having grown up in California and have eaten sushi my whole life, their sushi bar is very good. The sushi is prepared in the classic tradition so if you are looking for the more modern ways of preparing sushi, then you may want to stay with Wegmans. I have heard that if you tell their chefs what you are looking for they, will of course create it. So if you have a sushi fascination, print off the description and take it with you. I am raw all of the way and their raw choices are exceptional. They do have red snapper when it is in season! You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have been eating here once or twice a month since it opened. We loved the first sushi chef, and were pleased with his replacement a few months later. The latest chef (a young man with orangeish hair) is terrible. Last night, the tuna rolls were so warm the fish tasted like it was from a can rather than like sushi. He (and others) handled the raw fish with bare hands, and was inattentive to customers sitting at the sushi bar. I hope this was a one-time occurence as we have really enjoyed this restaurant previously. :-(

Ive only eaten here twice, and the 2nd was to give it another try. But unfortunately I will never be back. The last time I was there, I was sat down, about 10 minutes later I was asked about drinks, and ordered our food. And they never came back to refill our drinks. But as soon as I reached for my wallet to pay the bill I had their attention. Plus servings are too small for the price.

My fiancee and son went here for lunch today and we absolutely loved it..not only was the food delicious but our hibachi chef paid special attention to my 15 month old giving him his own small bowl of eggs and chopping a piece of steak up very fine for him we thought they were wonderful would definitely go back!

A couple of us had lunch specials (teryaki and tempura respectively) which came with miso soup and salad. The service was fine and the food was adequate. Its definitely not destination dining, but alright if youre in the area and want a quick bite. Plenty of parking in the shared mall lot out front.

We tried filet mignon and scallops at the hibachi. Both were done perfectly, the beef was very tender and the scallops were cooked just right. They had a $10 off coupon in the newspaper, which made it a good value. The chef was quite entertaining. Would definitely go back again.

Went in for hibachi waited like an hour.. Im sure the food is good customer service sucked so me and my fiancé just left.... lost a customer and it was birthday dinner and told them it was my birthday dinner charged us $20 for 2 salads 2 cokes and soups . Wont be returning.

Loved it!!! We went in for lunch today and enjoyed every minute of it. The sushi was fresh, service was attentive and hibachi chef was very pleasant and entertaining. We will most defiantly return in the near future. I highly recommend Mt. Fuji for lunch or dinner.

Service was not bad. We were left waiting for a while before anyone came and noticed and seated us. Pretty quick on drinks and food orders. However the food left much to be desired. I ordered the Sukiyaki and it was as bland as you can get. Wouldnt recommend it.

Its the slowest service I have ever seen ! Ordered 5 rolls to take out , I waited for 38 minutes . They should let the customer know about the waiting time after placing an order. And price is $$$$.
