This place does not fail to disappoint time after time. Whether its bad food quality or bad customer service. On my visit today I got a sriracha quesarito big box. My burrito looked like it had been put together in a hurry and resembled nothing of the picture. First 2 bites consisted of only tortilla. Next 2 were rice and sauce. By this point im almost half way in and still no shredded chicken! Finally the next couple of bites I taste what I was a couple of pieces of shredded chicken. What a joke. My 2 hard shell tacos looked like they had been lightly dusted with ground beef. It was more like eating taco salad with some beef sprinkled in. Only reason I ever come back every couple of months is because everything else gets old. This place needs new management or better quality control.

Knock knock! Whos there? The food and service here is the punchline. Order a bean burrito and get bean residue on an old dried out tortilla. Order a soft taco and youll get meat and lettuce residue on an old dried out tortilla. Same with chulupas. Order a double chulupa box and youll get 3 salads on old dried up, stale shells with very little to no meat. When I ordered the double chulupa box I asked for replacements and actually got less meat on the replacements. Dont waste your money here.

Even though their light said open when I drove up, they let me sit in the drive thru SEEING the employee at me look at me through the window then turn off the lights while I was sitting in the line. At least get on the intercom and say we are closed. Orrrrr you could serve me since your light was still on when I pulled up and I could see you looking through the window hoping I would leave. Extremely unprofessional.

I wouldnt normally write a review for anything, let alone a Taco Bell, so Im going to keep this one short. By my own fault Ive been to this location about six times and they have f**ked up my order all six of those times. Undercooked rice, wrong drink, tried to charge me 54 dollars for a combo meal once. These only scratch the surface. Dont get me wrong, I love Taco Bell, its just this location.

Needs new management bad! I have been here only three times and every time it has been terrible! I always order the same thing and I always order extra beef but instead of them giving me extra beef like I asked for and paid for they either give me a little bit of beef or no beef at all! I spoke to the manager about it and she was very rude and wouldnt do anything about it!

This Taco Bell has the most polite employees I have ever encountered! My family and I are from Virginia and we have visited quite a few Taco Bells. The service was quick, our food was prepared correctly and was delicious! Toshia made our visit so pleasant! She went above and beyond your typical fast food character. Thank you so much!

I went there once and ordered 2 beef burritos fries and cimmon balls. I then realized on the receipt, there was only 1 burrito instead of 2. I then ordered 1 beef burrito and they were extremely slow. When I got it, and started eating(I was dine in) I realized they did not hive me my cimmon balls. I had to go back once again.

Kudos to this Taco Bell. I was driving home from work the other night and had a MAJOR craving for Taco Bell nachos. A recent storm had knocked out their computers, so they couldnt take any orders. But the lady at the drive-thru told me to pull up to the window and she gave me a heaping bag of cinnamon twists FREE.

This location must have made an effort to turn things around since the most recent reviews. Theyre not that bad. They havent gotten my orders wrong yet, theyre always polite, and the food is always fresh. (For what its worth, Ive never actually been inside the lobby, just through the drive-thru.)

Some times the service is quick, some times it is slow. There never seems to be much of a line at the drive thru. Food is pretty typical Taco Bell quality. A bit difficult to get in the parking lot going south on Battleground in heavy traffic times.

This Taco Bell has been consistently improving over the last few months that I have visited. The staff are kind and patient and the food is fantastic every time. Jamaal showed exceptional hospitality and professionalism during my visit tonight.

Every single time I come here they forget something or mess up my order. Gate city taco bell is better, go there instead of this one. They will never get your ordee right, even when youre the only one there.

The food was ok. The entire restaurant has been updated and looks fantastic but the bathrooms needed a lot of attention and the dining room needed attention as well. We liked it before the renovation.
