I have always enjoyed a good experience at all Panera Bread establishments including this one. However, this evening, I arrived with my 9 and 12 year old daughters for a take out order. We ordered 3 bread bowls and a cobb salad to go. This was @ 7:12 pm. We proceeded to wait and wait for our order. They processed nine orders for people that ordered after us. A lot of these orders were salads(3) and soups(4) among other items. I asked the manager what was taking so long for our order. This was at 7:38 pm. She said that our order wasnt up yet and that they were very busy. I could see the order screen behind her and ours was not on it. When I pointed out that they had served the nine people behind us, she got annoyed. She then asked for my receipt. She went ahead and processed my order off of my receipt! When she finally finished, she had forgotten one bread bowl and the chips. Again, annoyed when I pointed this out to her. She gave me the order and did not offer an apology for the wait, overlooking our order or her attitude. I guess Im supposed to be thankful that she actually served me!!! I do not know why our order was cleared and not taken care of, but that is not my concern. Mistakes happen in business. This is a natural occurrence. It is how you recover from these mistakes that truly set you apart from your competition. This manager/supervisor failed on all counts. I will say that Ayrison, the young lady that took our order, was very good. Unfortunately, the attitude and actions of the leadership team this evening was very poor. My check number was 400918 and our order number was 418. I will also say that this is the first time that I have ever sent a poor review for anything. That may give you an idea as to how poorly this was handled this evening. Thank you!

Absolute worst Panera Ive ever been to. Hands-down. I love Panera, but this location should honestly just be shut down. 100% of the time, they are either a) out of something, b) get my order wrong, or c) (usually) both. And to their credit, the managers are typically accommodating, but its kinda silly to have to go through the same thing every time. Today: theyre out of tomato soup (at 4pm). & I just ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich...& there wasnt any avocado on it! This type of thing happens EVERY TIME IM HERE. I wish Panera would shut this store down so Id stop being tempted to give them third, fourth, fifth & sixth chances. Again: I love Panera. This location is a bad joke.

Food was good, but they were out of whip cream and marshmellows for the hot chocolate. I could understand if it was late in the day, but being out of supplies really early in the day before lunch? Also its not that I feel entitled, but no discount was even offered for the sub part, Not So "Signature" Hot chocolate. Yes I know I didnt have to keep the order but I wasted my time and came for their Signature hot chocolate!

It seems that the theme here is "were out of that". I placed an order for a meeting on Sunday for pickup on Tuesday at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:26 and the order wasnt ready yet. Also, they were out of some of the items that I ordered...at 7:30 in the morning!!!!! I finally received my order at 7:45. Ill never cater a meeting from here again!

I love Panera, but this one is the worst. Soda and tea station always a mess. The food isnt aways warm or has the same recipe. Its like they just slap on lunch meat on bread. Coming from the Midwest the panera breads are much nicer, cleaner and more efficient. They also have drive threw.

The amount of deli meat they use in the sandwiches was definitely cut back. I used to get a nice sized sandwich which is why I did not mind paying that much but as the sandwiches shrink so should the price.. Other then that I really like the place just a little pricey.

It used to be better place and pretty much only option for good breakfast coffee-bagel in the area. Now with so many other new options and its service has gone down, this isnt the same place anymore. The decor is old and many times its not as clean as it used to be.

Service is typically slow, as there is rarely more than one associate at the registers. The food is good, although not great. I chose this Panera location today out of convenience, although I prefer the location in Settlers Ridge.

This Panera has a pleasant atmosphere, with good food and free WiFi. The staff seems a little lost sometimes and the prices could be better, but all in all, its a good place to relax with a laptop or a good friend.

Prices went up since the last time I was here and food portions got smaller. Clam chowder was watered down with no taste. Tomatoes mozzarella sandwich was disappointing. I paid $13 for this. Will not be back again

The worst by far. Used to work here and its not a good place to be. Management is terrible and the food isnt worth the price, at all!! Kitchen people are cool though, about the only good thing about the place.

I love the Harvest Squash soup...however; my husbands food is ALWAYS too cold and the employees complain about reheating it. Theyre also very sarcastic about it telling him "just heat it in the microwave"

The food is always good but the serving portions at this particular location have become rediculously small. Better to head to another location because this location is terrible value.

I asked for the salad dressing on the side and the dressing was put on the salad and they gave me the wrong salad dressing on the side. Simple little mistakes like this are common.

Yummy food but very crowded at 1pm. A server was nice enough to help me carry plates to my table. Call ahead and your order is ready to pick up on the shelf when you get there

Food is always good, just dont understand how I can take my mom out to lunch and for 2 people getting a half sandwich and soup it costs $24. Its such a rip off for what you get.

The food was prepared quickly. It was the same quality as most Panera Bread locations. The staff members were young, unfriendly, not motivated, slow. They seemed untrained.

I had a roast beef sandwich that was rare and made me sick. When I wanted an exchange for the sandwich the manager stated that this is how the meat is served.

I enjoy panera bread, and this location is a pretty decent one over all. Service has always been friendly, and food quality is Ok across the board.

I used to like it here but the franchise is losing it. Great place if you enjoy discovering mold on your food and poor corporate policies.

I asked for a chicken Caesar salad. What I got was a honey mustard salad no chicken. They got the lettuce right though. So theres that.
