The wraps were good, although mine had more lettuce than anything else, but the loaded baked potato soup was extremely watery and bland and the cookie tasted like it had been sprayed with perfume or air freshener. I had already had a problem with a 45 minute delivery quote compared to 15 minutes if I picked it up, considering im only 6 minutes away, and had been either put on hold or had my call dropped when I went to change to pickup. When I called about my problems with the food after I was pretty much accused of doing something to my own food since there are only 2 employees working and told "we dont use anything like perfume or air freshener in the store" then was told Id have to bring the food in to be looked at for replacement. Over all Im not impressed with my first experience here. I will not be wasting my lunch break on them again..

I went there today for the first time, i got an awesome sandwich, it was a veggie fajita and it was supreme. I will be back again and again. The best thing was the owner and his crew, they were what made it the perfect experience. They are young but they are more caring than I have seen at some of the most expensive restaurants in Charlotte. I have found a new favorite place to eat!!!!

1st time in and the lady at the front was not helpful or friendly at all. They seemed like I was bothering them. I was looking at the menu and trying to ask questions and she acted like she wasnt trying to help me at all. I thought well maybe she is just having a bad day so I ordered anyway and the sandwich was terrible. Last 6.00 that place will ever get from me.

The first time I went in here their credit/debit card machine was down. Looking forward to coming back - I got a large wrap and cup of soup. Big mistake! The soup looked a week old!!! Wrap was good (only reason I put two stars and not one.) When I tried to call back it was a busy signal every time. I paid 12$! I want my money back as I feel Im going to get sick.

Management changed about a year ago. The sandwiches are quite depressing and the atmosphere is stuffy.
