For you customers that experienced good customer service just stick around there for a little while longer and I guarantee you will have a quick change of heart. I have witnessed the workers being rude and hanging up on customers for no reason. They refuse to answer the phone at night and if they answer they will tell you that they are no longer taking call in orders after 8:30 pm. I asked if thus was corporate and the employee stated yes. I asked for the number to the corporate off and was told he didnt have it. I asked for his name because he was so rude. I explained that I was a regular customer and asked for his name so that I referemce when I contacted corporate. He stated that Quincy was his name and that he did not care. Needless to say I called sub plus and was treated like a customer and the food was 100% better.

GREAT subs BUT expect to wait up to 45 minutes EVERYTIME you order. Even when I called in my order I still had to wait 32 minutes IN the line, my order WASNT ready and I had to tell them how to make my sub. Apparently they had a new guy that day because he didnt seem to know what all "all the way" included. No explanation OR excuse will EVER be good enough as to why they are so SLOW.

All the Palmetto Subs locations offer some of the best food you will have. However the Irby location has the worse service of all of them. I have seen the staff spend up to thirty minutes in conversation while I was the only customer they had. Yes I had to wait thirty minutes for them to stop chatting and actually fix my food.

One of the Worst on customer service and correctly making an order. palmetto subs on it by should take some pointers from Miquels down the road from them. There they have great customer service, large quantity for price, food is super!

Went there while my truck was being worked on...I ordered the Palmetto Special. That was one of the best subs Ive ever had. The people were very nice and the service was phenomenal!
