This restaurant is very unclean in the front and back. I got sick after eating here so beware. I could see raw fish and chicken sitting out on the counter from the lobby. The staff has a bad attitude and I saw them mistreat a unsatisfied customer while I was there. I love Japanese but there are other Japanese restaurants with in a few miles of this one so play it safe. A friend of mine told me their kids car breakdown right at this restaurant. They had to push in to the parking lot off the busy street and it was pushed in a parking space out of the way and the staff had his car towed immediately even though the restaurant only had 2 people in it. The teenage kid had a broken down car and was charged $220 for towing because they werent willing to wait 30 minutes so he could contact his parents to handle it. No compassion for a kid/citizen who caused them not trouble. The tow truck operator even confirmed the car was out of the way, in a parking space for less than 30 minutes and there were no other cars around it. Instead of offering to help the kid/citizen, the staff here immediately called a tow truck as if the car was in the way and/ or had been there for a long time. The friend said they must have been racists because they had no reason to do it. If it had been a little Asian teenager, they wouldnt have treated them like that. Not good business, unclean place and risky food practices. Not where Im going ever again. I suggest you do the same.

Portion sizes are fit for a small child to make a long story short. That was the absolutely most disappointing thing with this restaurant. Ive received much more for less of what they charge(not that they charge a lot, around $7) and the quality wasnt outstanding either. Wouldnt eat here if you actually want to feel like you got your moneys worth. Maybe if youre in a rush and need a snack and dont mind spending more than a snacks worth. Kind of like buying the small bag of candy at the gas station for almost $4 when you couldve just gotten a bigger bag for $2 at the grocery store. This was probably the worst in all of Greensboro for me and Ive yet to have one actually impress me (speaking of small restaurants, not the steakhouses).

Im going to be brutally honest about the review of this restaurant because the consumer needs to know. I am writing this review while inside the dining area. I have eaten at nearly every hibachi place in Greensboro so I have a good reference to form an opinion on my multiple dining experiences here. To keep it brief, the decor is a train wreck, the restrooms( which remind me of using a truck stop restroom)are located outside, the service is average, the food is average, and the prices are average. So to review, if you would like an average habachi dinner, at a old (not charming) restaurant that needs to be remodeled, youll be more than satisfied!

The service was absolutely disrespectful my car brokedown so I pulled into the parking lot of this restaurant which I eat at very often not to mention. I walk inside to use the phone and they wouldnt let me and told me to move my car when I told them my situation less than 5 minutes later they call a tow truck and have my car towed. Customers began to walk outside and curse out the managers for cursing me out and not understanding my situation they have little business only ever see maybe one or two people there and now I see why. Dont go here.

This restaurant is overly priced for cheap mediocre food. The owner is this loud annoying bird that cant seem to understand that customers like peace and quietness when eating food. My last visit was horrible. I Ordered Redsnapper and received TALAPIA. Ladies and Gentlemen, They serve TALAPIA over their salmon and redsnapper. If you cant serve a single ingredient and lied about it on the menu and then proceed to instruct your server to tell me its Redsnapper, than you are a snake. Would not recommend this place. EVER.

Ive come here a handful of times, and Ive never been disappointed. The prices are great, and far less that of most of the Japanese Steak Houses or Hibachi places. The food is excellent as well. This time I got the Chicken yaki soba, and it was great! I wanted something a bit different, as I normally get sushi, and it hit the spot.

I had the most amazing time with my girlfriend. We were the only two dinning in and I was wondering why people dont dine in when the environment and the music is amazing. The staff is super friendly and will take care of you. People please dine in and see what I was talking about.

Ive been coming here for almost 10 years I believe. Its the only place I bring my friends when we want Japanese. We try to visit at least once a week but sometimes it doesnt happen. But we always come back as soon as we can! Staff is wonderful and the food is great.

The food is overpriced for a hibachi restaurant that doesnt cook in front of you. Even so the food was quite bad. It lacks authentic flavor and everything was undercooked. By far the worst hibachi restaurant I have ever been to. Do not come eat here.

Great place for lunch! Food was delicious! Had the lunch special hibachi shrimp. Good size portion for the cost. Also had the shrimp tempura and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. They didnt have miso soup but the house soup didnt disappoint.

This restaurant is awesome. Its not over priced, you get a good amount of food for the money. Its my favorite Japanese restaurant in town. The food is delicious. My only complaint is they tend to over cook the shrimp but its still worth it.

The service was a horror and the food wasnt even that good I sat there for 30 minutes without being served and there was nobody there but me. Flies were bugging the crap out of me so the sanitation is horrid.

Best Japanese restaurant I have ever ate at. Food is amazing, and its not dry at all like in other restaurants. Very cheap for this type of food and well prepared. Also the sushi is delicious.

Good is always wonderful! Their take out options include the full menu, and it is lovely when you get it home. Never had a single complaint.
