Gave it ONE star because thats the lowest I can go. This has got to be the worst place ever for food and/or service! Ordered 3 calzones and 2 regular slices. The calzone dough was raw, no ricotta cheese (only mozzarella, tomato sauce inside the calzone even tho I told them NO SAUCE, except for the pepperoni calzone. I was told they use mozzarella and parmesan, I figured Id give it a try. The just OVER sprinkle grated parmesan from a jar (the ones you get a grocery store. AFTER my calzones were packed up, the pizza maker started to roll out the dough to make the pizza for my 2 slices. I just cancelled the slices. I waited 37 minutes for an order that I was told would take about 15. When I questioned the length of time, I was told the pizza maker is 50 yrs old so he is a little slow. Management at this place is as bad as the food.

The prices are a bit high, but the food is good. They do a lot of business so sometimes their customer service can seem a little, lacking, but I do give them credit for the amount of orders I see them handling when I go there. Once I was in a hurry, and was waiting in the store for 30 minutes for something I ordered over the phone. The third time I talked to the person at the counter they told me, they hadnt started making it and were out of it! (Pizza dough, someone never came in to make more dough). To their credit they did give me an old slice for free because of that, I would have preferred to spend the evening with my wife though, not sitting in the store. Pros: Good food Cons: high prices, customer service can take awhile.

The only reason they get one star is because they wont let me give them none at all!! The service sucks !! Im from out of town here visiting my fiancé orders me food from here (which is out of state ) and I waited 2 hours when Im 2 minutes away once they get here and my food is paid for they tell me I cant get my food bc I dont have my fiancé card on me I called the store bc I felt that should have been specified before I even paid with the freaking card but no they are so unprofessional then I ask to speak with the manager and the girl gets mad and says I dont know what to tell you bc shes gone !!!! You guys dont deserve one star

First time going and will be my last. Group of guys outside smoking blunts, one og the women with bleached hair all she did was stand behind the counter and stuff her face. Prices are too high. Waited for our subs only to find out that the guys hanging outside in front of place smoking were the actual cooks. Place inside had no seats for customers to wait on their food. Be careful, they over charge especially when you pay with a credit card. My order was $29.16 once I look at my credit card transactions online, it shows $34.99, giving themselves a $5 tip. Bunch of crooks! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

One of the greatest pizza places around. I went there with my wife and kids a few weeks ago... absolutely excellent service! Waiting staff was great. We tried the Bacon Chicken Pizza, which I was a bit skeptical on, but it was very good! Kid friendly atmosphere as well, and the prices are pretty good considering the location. I would definitely recommend this place to any one of my friends or family members. Only regret is we couldnt try the wings. Very clean as well. 5 stars out of 5. Well done.

Never order from this place! Im writing this review both as a warning to others and as a reminder to me never to order from this pizza place. I have called on three different times. Each time they have charged my card twice and I have had to fight with the manager to get the fraudulent charge refunded. This place is a scam and the food sucks. If the choice is between going hungry and ordering from them, go hungry!

Catch Menezes customer service on a bad day EVERY TIME I try to give them business. Line cooks dont care what the condition is of the food they serve. They give you wrong times for food preparation. They act like all they serve is drug dealers and weed smokers. When the owners is there the services is excellent but when his not there those employees can care less.

Ordered food for delivery at lunch time, when the delivery guy called he called from a random persons cell phone down town so I could not call him back ( fyi I was on break ) find out hes around the corner NOT the address I provided. When I called to explain to the manager they just seemed to not care at all. I will never order from here again. Bad service.

First they gave us the wrong Pizza, then to make up for it they gave us a "free" drink...its over priced and mediocre at best. After waiting an hour for it, it was very disappointing... The girl at the counter was very nice, but they should also be double checking that they are handing the correct orders to the customer

Worse ever never will I eat or recommend any one to eat there ever delivered was cold and stale they had to know there nachos was stale theres no way Im posting this on here and called the health department driving pulls up blasting music manger seems like he still need training and cant handle businesses

I have always been treated with respect when patronizing this establishment. We all have room for improvement when it some to customer service however, I have never complained about the quality I receive for what I pay. I recommend Menezes. Especially for those late night munchies.

Food is decent to be in an urban area but every time I call the person who answers are short and rude...if you dont care how youre treated theyre great but if youre looking for good food and good customer service sorry try some where else!

I have ordered several lunches (pizza, subs, salads) for business lunch meetings and always have had an outstanding experience. Additionally, weve ordered sheet pizza for my church and it is always hot and delicious. We love Menezes!

Ordered a steak salad. I got shredded lettuce with steak umms and tomatoes on to called to get refund no on came for 4 hours. Ended up taking it back the next. Morning. Food is NOT As good as it used to be. Very disappointed!!!!

Place is incredible. Can you pronounce the name? Neither can I, but holy mother of Canada if they arent good. Tell your friends and their moms to come out, this place is kick ass
