This has always been our favorite place for healthy tasty Latin food. Not so anymore. Ive never written a review before. The last three times I have been here the meat has been charred (chicken and steak) and all you can taste is the char. The staff is usually friendly to us because they recognize us but not so to other customers. Tonight there was a different crew and they werent at all friendly or hospitable. When I came up to the counter there was no one else in line and the young guy came down, I thought, to take my order. Instead he ignored me and pulled out a take out receipt and proceeded to fill the FOUR orders on that, including condiments and wrapping the burritos while I stood there looking at him. He never looked up and said, "Ill just be a minute" or "Sorry for the wait". He didnt even acknowledge that I was there. There were other staff setting up the line whom he could have asked for help but he didnt. When he came back finally he didnt apologize or thank me for being patient. He just started taking the order as though I had just walked in. This place has gone downhill. Go to the Short Pump location, the food is better and the staff is very friendly. Ive switched.

Unbelievable. The employees are beyond incompetent. The first boy, with a slack jaw and stoned expression continually put not enough rice on the tortilla. We had to ask him to put more 3 times, which is too many just to get a normal amount. The next girl, when we asked for lettuce, said they were out. A restaurant. Out of lettuce. She said they had the salad lettuce and when we asked for that she pointed to it (it was at the end of the bar, about 3 feet away) and pouted, indicating that it was too far for her lazy self to slither. We paid, and asked the cashier if they really were out of lettuce because wow thats crazy a whole store is out of lettuce. She said "yeah, yeah uh..yeah were out." A moment later the one employee who cares about their job brought out a tray of lettuce. The two lazies acted like they were so shocked. Ive worked customer service, I know its not the greatest, but if youre not going to do your job well, if youre going to lie about something like lettuce so you dont have to move, then quit your job and stay home.

I have been to this location a few times and finally feel compelled to write a review because todays experience has been typical. I went right before the lunch crowd arrived so I was the only person in line. Everyone was already operating at ludicrous-speed and rushed me through the line as usual. Each employee passes your burrito to the next person before acknowledging your satisfaction and then acts inconvenienced when you ask for another addition. They seriously have something against you ordering more than one salsa. The portions were great but they got my order wrong because they were working so fast. I asked for "red salsa" and got a huge scoop of sour cream plopped in my burrito before I could react. Luckily a good amount of it oozed out of the hole that they put in the tortilla when wrapping it up. If the employees would slow down even a little bit and make sure everyone is satisfied at each step of the assembly line then the overall experience would be way more pleasant

I have been to better Chipotles around the country. This particular chipotle do not demonstrate the best customer service. I highly doubt they paid attention to the 13 characteristics they usually use to hire their employees. I used to ALWAYS go here, but I soon stopped after I practically begged for well done steak while pregnant. I know the steak is cooked to medium rare, but as a pregnant woman I couldnt eat that and I was really craving chipotle. The Hispanic male manager gave me the worst time here. I had never experienced that before at that location. All of the other managers were always very happy to put down a little steak on the grill for me because I was a regular customer.... FYI I was a former Chipotle Kitchen Manager at the Harrisburg Pa, and Oklahoma City chipotle and I know first hand What Chipotles conduct are.

This place is not the greatest. This is a cumulative review on this one b/c I live by it and its usually the one I have to go to. The first year they stopped doing the Halloween wear foil and get a burrito promotion they wouldnt give my 65 year old mom a free burrito because she was in foil and didnt have cat ears or some lame excuse for a costume. She didnt know the running promotion theyd been doing for years ended. She ended up walking away from the line of everyone else having free food paying $11 for her meal. Like come on man. & my friend just came back from there now with a full stale bag of chips they gave him and hes too nice to write a review with like this. This is only 2 of about 6 bad instances in our family. Just sayin, not the best Ive ever had.

Good food,Excellent business ethics. I went into the store in the evening to get two burrito bowls to go. By the time I reached my apartment and was about to get out of my car the paper cover tore and burrito fell on the ground. My wife is pregnant and she had carvings for the chipotle that evening. So I returned to the store for getting another two burrito. The gentlemen behind the cash counter immediately recognised me and enquired my reason for returning back. Upon knowing about the paper cover he immediately apologised me and guess what refused to take money. These are great business ethics, which slowly fading away from the business practices. I am really impressed by the gesture and off course the chipotle tastes great at this place.

Always a long line, which is to be expected at any chipotle but this line is always slow because the staff is slow. Never ever friendly, they have a "dont care" attitude. They always run out of a lot of their ingredients making the whole line wait about 10 minutes. Then once they get them back they rush everyone to get the line gone. The burritos here are the smallest out of any chipotle ive ever been to. They cant wrap them either, multiple times I will unwrap my burrito and everything will fall apart. If you are out this way to get chipotle travel a little further to the short pump one where it is impeccable. This place is a disgrace to chipotle.

Great food and great location! If youre wanting to pick up a burrito when in a hurry, then this is the place. There are times when the line is long, but the staff move quick to get you in and out. The staff are friendly. My favorites are the salad and the burrito bowl. All the food is made to order with you choosing what you want on your burrito. This is a plus for those that may not want everything on their burrito. If youre counting calories, then its hard to know exactly how many calories for the item because the portions vary by the server. This location is near Innsbrook. Its also nearby neighborhoods which adds to the customer base.
