Im 64 years old. Own a business a couple minutes away & stop here several times a week. My wife & I stopped on our way home this evening. Closed at 5, didnt get out of there till 6:30. Pizza Hut at 6:45. The server was very nice, got our drinks right away. Ten minutes, beer finished, waited another ten minutes, finally got another beer. ( now, I understand she was the only server & they were kinda busy) Another ten minutes & she returned to say that what we ordered was frozen & it would be a while longer. Im sure it wasnt her fault, but come on, why didnt someone in the kitchen what was going on? I said " Im sorry, Im tired and dont feel like waiting any longer, Ill pay for our drinks & leave". Not mean, just upset about the situation. I paid & ask who the manager was now. She pointed to a fellow on the phone. I turned to walk out the door as he hung up and said " have a good evening & youall come back now" I stopped, turned and said" what did you say?". He changed his voice & said " I said have a good night & come back". Im sorry but I felt very hurt and abused by his actions. When someone stops at my business, Im very appreciative that they want to spend their hard earned money here. I may be hard pressed to stop back by this place again for a while.

Saw they deliver to the terminal Im at today so i rang them up. Ordered some pasta breadsticks and a soda. Food was here in thirty minutes, prompt i think. Sadly the breadstick seemed like they were just taken from the fridge and this pizza hut does not provide plaatic cutlery with pasta orders. Kinda sucks.

My food is always great. I get exactly what I ordered and most of the time I get delivery. My food always gets delivered before the time I was quoted. The drivers are very friendly too. The servers Ive had while eating there have been great too. Keep up the good service!

Horrible, our waitress forgot to put our order and let us sit for an hour before telling us then its been another half hour to get our meal. The sad thing is the restaurant is not even busy. I would rate it no star if I could.

It sucked wanted a salad. This is at the one at Shippensburg bar was totally out and had nothing to refill it everything was frozen in the freezer and they couldnt restock it dont think I will go back to the one in Shippensburg

Worst customer service. Waited for 35 min. was not brought breadsticks or pizza. When asked how much longer it would take we found out our order was not even cooking. There were 3 only other tables full aside from our own.

Tried their thin and crispy pizza as we usually get their pan pizza...Prefer pan pizza. Two medium pizzas for $6.99 each with as many toppings as you want. Large carry out business. Fast and friendly service

Its a regular place. No much to choose. Some time salad bar will be almost empty and ratio between salad to dressing is less. To many dressing with very few vegetables.
