A few months ago, I came in on a relatively slow day for some cookies. My fiancé had been to an Albany DP Dough and said the cookies were to die for. There appeared to be 1 person working. I ordered the cookies and didnt get any kind of expected wait time. In the first 15 minutes I waited about 2 groups of people walked in, one couple getting Calzones and the other a family getting dinner. I walked back up and asked how much longer the cookies would be and got some response like "I dont know". We finally got our cookies after another 10-15 minutes. How this lady didnt think to tell me that it would take so long is unfathomable. Then, when we finally opened up our cookies, they were overcooked. Quite possible the biggest waste of time of my life.

The owner of this establishment doesnt even honor his own loyalty program. I tried to order an ultimate calzone with a punch card that says "Free calzone". They wanted to charge me for extra toppings, and explained that "a free calzone is actually a $7.95 discounted calzone". No where on the card does it say "extra toppings cost extra on your free calzone". Im sad I wasted any money on this place. I left and went to Mozzeronis up the street, which had better deals and better food. Theres tons of other places within walking distance that taste better and dont nickel and dime their customers. Strongly recommend against eating here.

This place has hit rock bottom. It used to be half-way decent. Now its garbage to be honest. Everything just got crappier. The food quality has deteriorated, calzones are not as full, are thinner and the shape is not consistant. The employees and customer service is horrible. Only plus side is the one chick who works their is hot. Me and my other friends used to stop in mininum twice a week, we have moved on now. R.I.P D.P Dough Rochester, God Bless.

I was really impressed by the quality of the food they served. It all tasted amazing. The food took a little long for them to get ready and I think that was mainly because they were a little understaffed. However, I did go at 1 in the afternoon and Im assuming that most of their orders come in later, so it made sense.

They took 40 minutes to make me a calzone and when I got it, it was nothing but dough. If the number one item you sell is calzones, tell me how it takes 40 minutes to make one? Shouldnt they be better prepared for this. I will not be going back until service improves, they will not be open long.
