I go here often and the food for the most part is on point and excellent. Thats not what my complaint is. I walk into Chipotle today and asked for a bowl to go with a tortilla rap inside. Obviously they didnt understand as the lady tried to put the rice and beans into the Bowl before the rap which makes no sense at all. After explaining to her that I want the rap inside the bowl for 3rd time. She proceeds to take a cold tortilla and place it in the bowl. Im not going to say much about that since I know she was new and didnt know the difference but its common sense. The second problem I have is when a 12 year old girl goes up to the front of the line with a credit card and says to the lady at the cashier. Excuse me I found this credit card on the floor and precedes to hand the credit card to the employee. At which time the employee looks confused and disoriented takes the card and precedes to ask the question. You found the code on the back? All while the cashier is in an attempt to swipe the card. The twelve-year-old girl looks at the cashier and utter disbelief and re States herself. No I found it on the floor. At which point I look up at the cashier and go she found it on the floor and shes trying to give it back to you because she doesnt know whose it is. For the love of God Chipotle if youre going to hire a people stay away from young children that dont understand common sense. Side not the manager at this location is on point. Never have ive seen someone work as hard as this women does. Its part of the start and new hires that need some more training. And by training I mean common sense... I will be glad to remove this review and rate five stars so long as theres a positive response to this review.

I knew I was in trouble when I walked in and didnt smell that beautiful aroma of S.W./Mexican food . I didnt smell anything, actually. Not a good sign. Long story short : The burrito had no flavor at all. It was a mouthful of lettuce, tomato, cheese, with this warm , no seasoned, beef and bean mixture. Very disappointed in what was supposed to be an excellent burrito. It wasnt. Coupons are circulating offering a "Buy 1, Get 1". If BOTH burritos were free I still wouldnt stop in for another. But, if they tried some, or more, cumin, corriander, chili powder, cilantro, etc. , I would be standing at their front door as they opened, everyday. Yup... , yes I would..

I walked in to this Chipotle on the way home from Greece one day to grab dinner for my husband. The girl who started making my burrito bowl gave me one small scoop of rice then one small pinch of meat. The two of those didnt even cover the bottom of the bowl. I told her to stop right there, I was not getting enough and I no longer wanted it and walked out. I drove out of my way to the Chipotle on Monroe Ave in Pittsford where I got two large scoops of rice and triple the amount of pork. When I told them the story in Pittsford, they gave me one of my bowls for free! Awesome! Theyre trying to screw over customers at the Greece Chipotle!

i have ordered out multiple times with this location, not just myself, multiple orders over $60 at times and for some reason its more difficult than i thought! on how to make simple burrito bowl, but for some reason im always disappointed. not just with the food, but the customer service to! it is ATROCIOUS! even the one female manager i asked to speak with in regards to them completely screwing up my order was beyond awful.. i have not had one good experience with this place and i will never bring my business here anymore! WELCOME TO MOES...and i think its bull that they charge for the chips.

Very negative experience because my fiance and I showed up at about 940 and the closing procedure had begun. Barely put any food in the bowls and then the employee got an attitude when my fiance stopped her from putting a huge spoonful of guacamole onto her bowl and asked for it on the side, then reminded her she had to pay for the whole thing anyway, as Im handing the cashier a $20 mind you all. I say to the cashier, why the closing time attitude and she responds, its been a stressful day. Thanks for the customer service. Terrible visit.

Love going here for lunch - too much! The food is very tasty. For the number of people that are often there in line, the service is incredibly fast. You will get different portion sides of rice/beans depending on whos scooping, but Ive asked for more before when the amount seemed small, and was happily given it. The atmosphere is somewhat of a noisy lunch crowd. I wouldnt go there to try to get work done, but to grab something to go, or to chill with a friend, its a great place. Love the outdoor seating in the warm weather too.

There is no consistency. Maybe one person makes a decent burrito with a proper portion. The rest measure the rice and meat like they are hoarding gold. You will watch the person in front of you get a heaping pile of something, then when you get up you get half that. Also when there is a line forget it. They will ask you their programmed questions, but by the time the burrito is out of the steamer they forget everything they asked you and you have to repeat it.

Always a positive, friendly, filling experience. Came with the intention of sharing some food with my daughter, but the meal proved too spicy. Went back to the line unsure if I could order a side of plain rice because it wasnt on the menu. Was exuberant when the employees honored the request. Dinner was saved!

I loved the simplicity of Chipotle. There are only a few choices for each step of the meal (e.g. white rice or brown, pinto or black beans, etc.). The prices werent too bad (~$7.00 for a main dish) and the atmosphere was very clean and modern.

While I love the food from Chipotle I am growing increasingly disappointed in the portions they give. This location in particular is constantly giving less and less each time. Please work on this as I would love to continue my Chipotle trips!

Starting to get skimpy on portions, depending on whos there, even with the rice and beans and chips, the cheapest ingredients. I have to ask for more guacamole every time or I feel like Im getting ripped off. Feels like Moes.
