THE WORST PLACE EVVVER!! I ordered from this place alot this past Saturday i ordered 40 dollars worth of food.. It was 12 piece dark chicken and than 4 breast i got 2 coleslaws and 3 biscuits. Pretty high huh? Well 1 thigh was missing and 2 breast and the coleslaw was beige and taste like straight up vinegar. I called them back immediately because for one they already went up on their prices and 2 i dont waste my money. When i called i let them know what was going on. It was about 4 pm they said ok they will send me what i was missing and replace the coleslaw with fries. 1 hour past 2 hours past 3 hours past 4 hours past at 8:30 i called to ask if they forgot. The young lady in there was very apologetic and said all the delivery drivers were out and manager asked if i could pick it up myself.WHAT?! I said absolutely Not! So i just told her just bring it the next day smh. She said ok if they didnt call me at about 2 or 3 to call them. Of course they didnt call i had to call. At this point i didnt want the chicken just give me the equal amount of something else which was 12 dollars.. They said ok.. I ordered a. Philly steak pizza. To make a long story short the owner asked me was i sure i was missing what i was missing because its the driver responsiblity to make sure i have all my food and they would have to pay for it.. Im like WHAT!? I cant believe he is telling me this and that now its blamed on the driver and not who packed my missing chicken and old ass coleslaw!!!!! I told him its not my biz how you make it right as long as you make it right! He said ok.. 10:30pm. Yes 10 pm. All most 2 days later from original order i was delivered an ice cold lg Philly Steak pizza with all the steak on top BURNT!!! Im like OMG you got to be KIDDING ME!! I called them back took a picture of the picture and told them to come and get it!! The man said the guy that cooked it cook the steak with onions and peppers first than put it on top of the pizza BEFORE IT GOES IN THE OVEN..LMAO at this point some sweet and sour wings are suppose to be delivered and they take back the burnt pizza so he can show the owner in the morning.. GUESS WHAT?! No show again!!! Just called them today and he said they decided not to take orders from me anymore and their driver felt cheated!!! OMG WHO TOLD HIM TO BLAME THE DRIVER???? They took money from their driver to pay for my pizza!!! NO.. IT WASNT THE DRIVERS FAULT THEY GAVE ME ALL THE FOOD THEY PACKED!! It was the idiots that packed the missing food to give to the driver!!! I would post the picture of the burnt pizza but ny phone wont let me because of low memory but i will be posting it on fb!!! I never dealt with the worst customer service in my life!! Did he really think i was going to waste my money again with them ever???? Smh When you do employees that work for dirty and customers any kind of way, dont expect your business to be blessed and prosperous...

I ordered my pizza and salad with a coupon willing to give them a try. It didnt arrive until and hour and 40 minutes later although they gave me a 40 minute wait time, and the delivery driver asked for $5.50 more than what they told me over the phone!!! He didnt speak English so he didnt understand whatsoever when I tried to ask why the price was different then the one they gave me on the pone, and they didnt give him a receipt for me to read. I called them while the driver patiently waited and they just yelled at me and wouldnt let me speak at all so I hung up. I took the pizza because I was too sick to go to the store but I will NEVER EVER EVER support their business again! The pizza wasnt very good, and they know theyre pulling a SCAM by sending a driver who doesnt speak a lick of English, and obviously has no idea how they run their business. I cant believe I was bullied over pizza.

Horrible. I cant eat half the stuff here without feeling sick. I dont think they ever change the oil in the deep fryer. Here are some pros and cons: Cons - their fried food makes people nauseous - wait time is insanely long, like literally almost 30 minutes no matter what you order, just for PICK UP... deliveries are like an hour minimum - everything is overpriced - cheesteaks dont have enough meat and too much bread (which tastes pretty stale) - fries literally taste like cardboard (literally....dont believe me? try them..) - pizzas are literally bathed in oil - delivery fees will cost you an arm and a leg - horrible customer service - they treat their employees like crap - the cheeseburger is probably the only good meal on the menu Pros - its halal - its open late - theres one really nice guy that works there - thats it - no really thats it for the pros - this place is horrible

yes they have good food first time taken a bit out of there pizza it was close to new york pizza..well not really but close enough. their delivery time is however ridiculous, there 10 min away from me but luck i found another davincis 4 mins away so i thought they take just as long, i have no idea why they say an 1hour maybe they have so much to do or mor orders to get out on the inside but lets get real walk ins are going to come first so i guess, the large pizza.. kiss my butt it was more like a medium, got a cheese stake sub and i only had enough meat for the top part of the sub...when you add extra meat tell then to put it on the side.. in a container so you know they adding it on lol cause ordered again and added meat it looked like the same one i had last time smh omg wth lol so yes good food but poor in appearances in food and drop off time

Went to this awful restaurant for the first and last time... Order two cheese steaks with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, extra meat and mayo - and the results were ridiculous... I went home open my sandwich and to my surprise I received a onions and scraps I have pictures you cant make this stuff up. I got back in my car drove to the restaurant and showed them and explained why a refund is needed, this poorly trained butthole said you ate the f$&! Meat, ok clearly these people have been getting away with this in this area for a while... Im not ignorant so I didnt go to that level, Im growing. I just wanted to inform any viewers never to eat there, and the customer service is the worse ever! #Itweeted 12 on your side... #somethingneedstobedone #discussed #neveragain

I order from here all the time and never had a problem. Last time I ordered the delivery man was incredibly rude (its usually always the same guy). He demanded a tip before even handing me my food. I thought I had recorded the tip online through grub hub so I didnt have cash to give him. I would have went back and revised this if he hadnt have had such a disgusting attitude. Ive never had someone demand a tip from me. When I let him know what happened he was hostile with handing me my food and stomped back to his car. Im most likely not going to order from there again because I dont trust that this awful man wouldnt do something to my food. Gross. Fire him.
