EDIT: I must revise my review of the Route 3 Chick-Fil-A. I decided to not give up hope on this location, and it has payed off. The drive-thru speed is unparalleled as always, and they have apparently enlarged the fry scoopers (or given them a pay raise) to include sizing for large fry containers. Review edited to reflect their five star speed and service. Thank you, Chick-Fil-A! Old Review: I think Im gonna stop going to this particular Chick-Fil-A. I used to get the same thing every time; a #5 12ct, large, with a sweet tea. I had to stop getting the large fry, not because of any concerns about eating fries or gaining weight, but because it costs more for nothing. Id get back to the office and could literally cut the fry container in half and still not spill any fries. Thats quite a price hike for what seemed like less finger food.. :( I started ordering a regular instead, I dont need that much tea, and the regular fries at least come full. (instead of half-full like the large box) Well today, I ordered my 12ct #5 and get back to the office.. the container is barely half full. Trust me, I know Im not going to go hungry, but every other chick-fil-a Ive been to satisfies me for my money spent whereas this chick-fil-a cheats me every time. Im gonna have to start going back to the Central Park location. Its harder to get in and out of but Im not going to pay a premium for fast food when they dont even bother to fill my fry container. Questionable politics aside, I like their chicken. But jeez guys you need to pay your fry scoopers better or something, Im tired of being gipped.

This used to be a really good chick fil a. But todays expierence has me to believe that they are going down hill. The French fries were soft , cold, stale, and maybe a little under cooked. They were so disgusting that I couldnt eat them. And it also seems that everyones in a rush to get orders out as fast as possible. The milkshake I received was entirely way too thick. Id say it was in comparison to Wendys frosty. Also , I had asked for 10 sauces because I had three orders. And when I opened the bag, there was only 1. So I asked for more and the lady in drive thru handed me 2 more. When I ask for a specific amount , thats how much I want. Chick fil a is way too stingy with their sauce.

The restaurant is not nearly as good as it was. Its evidenced by thinning lot & drive-thru customers - used to be you could hardly get through the parking lot. Simply, its the food! I usually use drive-thru in the morning, like today. I got an undercooked, falling-apart biscuit, hard (old), tiny piece of chicken, cold, soggy hashbrowns. I now rarely visit. For goodness sake - youre Chick Fil A - not McDonalds! When slower, cook less food more often, and please cook it all the way! Gosh, how hard is it to cook the food until its done? Soggy food is bad food!!!! I love Chick Fil A, but after this morning and a few other visits, Ill stay away from this one until it changes.

Even though this location is most likely owned by a franchisee, every Chick-fil-A Ive been to goes above and beyond with its customer service and this location is no different. This Chick-fil-A is clean and the employees are extremely courteous. I made a huge order for my daughters birthday, which came in multiple bags and trays. The employees helped me take the entire order to my car even though they had a huge crowd. My only complaint is that the placement of the location makes it difficult to drive into, park, or drive out.

Im giving this Chick fila a 5 of 5 Ive been here several times being that I live right around the corner. I always receive awesome services here but tonight the young lady named Krystina was above and beyond my husband has a egg allergy and he wanted to add a side salad to his meal and she made absolutely sure no egg was near his. She has a great attitude and I asked for sweet and sour which they dont have but she suggested the Polynesian sauce which was awesome. Thanks again for he great experience

We stop by this particular stores drive thru after our morning run on Wednesdays. For the past two months without fail our order is messed up. We are usualy missing items and some items are not made to our specifications. The assistant manger on staff is not one bit apologetic. He simply asked for us to pass our items back through the drive through window and he remade the order right in front of us on the counter. Told us to have a good day and we drove away.

If you have never been to a CFA you totally have to eat there! The Cow will be happy! They dont open on Sundays! I love the renovation, I love this Chick fil A because it has a bigger play area. We had a lot of fun at the Mother & Son Knight- night. Like always very nice people serving, good Chicken sandwiches, and best waffle fries. I love to order as my drink half lemonade half Coke, their lemonade is so fresh! If you agree give me a thumbs up!

Usually this is one of our favorites as far as a quick meal, however this location in particular is not up to the standards you would typically find at other Chick-fil-A restaurants. To clarify, the service was great, but 5 out of 7 people became ill after eating there. We contacted the management to express our concern and were completely disregarded. This complaint will go to corporate.

Great food and very great staff, however when I was using the stall, a small boy with no shoes decided to materialize under the stall door, and continued to harass me to get out of the stall so he could relieve his bladder. Overall ruined my experience despite the excellent service. Bad parenting on the part of the small boy.

The food is great. Coffee is horrible and you always have to wait for them to make it. The workers are totally annoying and TALK TOO MUCH!!!!! I wish they would all shut up. Not the best dining experience. And the tables are always DIRTY!! NO ONE CLEANS THE PLACE. they just talk talk talk and are pains in the arse.

The customer service was very nice and obliging, however, I really dont see what the fuss is about. I had their spicy chicken sandwich. It was neither spicy or tasty. Their french fries were okay, as well as their lemonade. If you have a taste for a chicken sandwich theyre better places you go to get it.

Very slow service between 4pm and 5 pm, waited several minutes and the girl their didnt seem to care, the company said they would send a coupon but they didnt do it no surprise, I do think food is good I just didnt like the non shalont attitude of the worker.most of the people here are very nice.

Best service you will get ANYWHERE! The food is very good, and they have clean play area for the kids to fight in! The service is stellar, and very family oriented. Just dont stop by on Sundays, because theyre closed. *Make sure you try the Chick-Fil-A Sauce!
