This place used to take forever, they have exceeded our expectations lately. I feel sorry for the staff, some of the customers that i have encountered while waiting breaks my heart... some of the rudest people i have ever seen or heard. New management seems to be doing amazing, everything is on time. Shame they have so many customers trying to get something for free.

Hi, I live just over a mile from this location and it took about 2 hours to get my food, ordered at 4:34 and was received at 6:28 the order was 2large pizzas wings and garlic knots. after calling as 45 minuets passed we were told that the order left the store but even then it took another 75min for the order to arrive.

I always order carryout and get excellent food and service every time. I highly recommend this location for Pizza Hut lovers. Compared to the other locations in Stafford, this one is definitely the best. Though this location is 5 miles farther than the Pizza Hut closest to my house, its worth it.

I like Pizza Hut but this is the second time the do not get the order correct I asked for the wings to be fried extra to ensure doneness, but the wings came without the extra time. The manager was great about it but now I have pizza have to wait on the wings again.

Was told pizzas will be ready in 15 minutes when I got there 20 minutes later they told me it will take 15 minutes more. I see employees just standing there laughing and showing their personal phone to other employees when they have customers waiting in line.

Ordered our pizza at 10 pm. Received our puzza ar 1122 pm. I understand that toward the end of the night on a Saturday it is probably busy, but Ive never waited over an hour for food from any location. Seems a little excessive.

Service was bad. Cheese was not even melted. We have ordered wings and they didnt even make. When I reminded them after 30 minutes, they said they would bake them and forgot again. Really bad.

Pizza is okay but today is a horrible wait. Website said it would be ready for pick up a half hour ago and was informed that there are still orders ahead of mine. Not happy!

The only reason I gave any stars is because the delivery was quick. The pizza was soggy and looked terrible. Tasted lousy too. I was shocked by the poor quality.
