I went in with my sister for the buffet--or rather my sister went in for the lunch buffet and I went in for the company. As my sister was finishing her first plate of food, I asked for a masala chai for myself. I was told "It will take 10 to 15 minutes, no". What really irked me was not the fact that it would take 10 to 15 minutes (though I dont understand how it takes 10 to 15 minutes to make one cup of tea, but you know what, I would have been ok with waiting since my sister wasnt done eating anyway) but how are you going to tell me "No I wont give you bc it will take long". I get that my sister is a slow eater and maybe he thought she wasnt going to take more food and most people dont want to wait 10 minutes for a cup of tea. However, what if we were willing to wait? He came back a few minutes later and said that he can give if we are willing to wait and I got my tea but why was I told "no" in the first place? I mean I can understand if he said "It will take 10 to 15 minutes, give me a moment Ill be right back" if he was in the middle of doing something. I could have understood if he asked initially if I am ok with the wait time. But I still shouldnt have been told "no" initially. This is what you call bad customer service--especially since there are many lunch buffets in the area.

The worst Indian buffet I ever went for. The server has an attitude as though I am eating free from his plate at his home! Its ridiculous. Very uncomfortable setting as they keep staring at you while you are eating. For such a bad service and bad taste of food they dont deserve any tips at all, yet shamelessly the manager demanded tip as though they were entitled for.. utter shameless!!

Food does not taste same as well known main Jackson Diner located in Jackson Heights. They give very less quantity for take out than main jackson diner although price is same. Main Jackson Diner gives yogurt riata and black daal in take out but this location does not give it. Size of the naan is also smaller than main JD.

Went for buffet. Only 2 choices appetizer - none of them good. Main course didnt taste like a typical Indian food. Only 1 choice for dessert. Overall not worth it. Other Indian places just a block away are so much better.

Loved the food. Amazing pricing, the whole time I was there I wondered how they made money. It literally costs 10 dollars a person. Wide variety of Indian food, at a taste that all can enjoy(not to spicy).
