I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my visit. The Hooters page said that Ashley O (Hooters Calendar Girl) would be the host that night for Tuesday Night Trivia (2/2/16) and so I made sure that I planned my visit to the area on that date (of course the advertisement showed her in her COMPLETE Hooters attire). So I drove the 4 hours to get to the area and when I got there, she was dressed like a Nun!! Except for her hands, there was not one square inch of skin below the neck to see!! This was FALSE ADVERTISING and COMPLETELY MISLEADING!! I expected to see a real calendar quality hooters girl in person, not simply a fully clothed attractive lady. I should mention that the other ladies at this location were what I would consider "above average" when compared to other Hooters branches Ive visited but it did not make up for the gross disappointment I felt when I got there. Next time Im going to an area where there is a Twin peaks or a Tilted Kilt!! They always seem to deliver as promised and do not deliberately mislead others. As Chris Rock said it best "Nobody goes to Hooters for Wings". Some additional advice that I would like to offer to Hooters which is not specifically targeted at this location is to stick to the "Hooters" and get rid of the spandex, we are no longer in the 70s!!

Only reason Im giving a star is thats my only option. If you want good service dont take a female with you. Went for a quick dinner somewhere we thought would be like normal food from our home state, BIG MISTAKE!!! I watched the hoochie waitresses and if it was a table of men, great service, never had to look for one. My fiancés food was awful and he was sick all night. And we were finally brought our check, gave them our card, cane back with a different check damn near double the amount and thats what they swiped the card for. Was assured it was taken care of but it came out of our account and two days later still isnt fixed. Couldnt get a refill, didnt see anyone near our table because my fiancé brought his own set of boobs with him I assume which is bullshit. Regardless we shouldnt be ignored, you still take care of the table because youre still getting paid to do so and you still get a tip. Not this time because it was the worst Hooters experience Ive ever had and I love the food normally. Horrible establishment and we will NEVER go again!!

It has been awhile since I have visited a Hooters location. So tonight I decided to go to the one in Albany. I was greeted by Jarrah, given my choice of places to sit. After picking a spot to sit, a few waitresses had walked by me (it was starting to get busy) so Jarrah came to ask about if I had any ideas on what to eat. I already knew my drink, so I asked her for her opinions on a few things and and she was very knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and didnt act like I was wasting her time. She helped me decide on a few things to eat. Food was very good. She checked on me at the appropriate times (not when I had a mouth full of food). She was running around the entire seating area helping out, but she never stopped smiling or being friendly to any other customers. I also spoke with the GSM Tony about this young lady and what a great experience I had. If your ever thinking about going, go see her!

Going Hard

I went in with a friend of mines and was seated immediately but watched our waitress walk past us 5 times before acknowledging us. We gave our drink and food order and then watched two families come in after us and get served before us. It was wing day by the way and we ordered wings. After 30 mins of not receiving our drinks or food order a manager came up to us and apologized for the wait which was odd because we never complained to anyone and kept smiles on our faces and was very polite which means he watched it all go down and didnt step in sooner to fix the situation. I asked for a cup of water after receiving our food and never got it. The waitress kept giving us our check when we didnt ask for it. It was a horrible experience.

Fantastic place, they have a lot of choices in draft beers they also have 3$ shots. The food is great and with 18 different wing sauces it makes there all you can eat wing nights more exciting Wednesdays they have traditional a.y.c.e. and Thursdays they have boneless a.y.c.e. The service is great as well, very nice girls and the management actually cares about the customer while I was there I had two different managers asked me how everything was. Definitely a place to check out I recommend it

Let me paint you a picture of my expirience at hooters. First me and 2 friends walk in and order an order of chips, we received a plate of the soggiest tortillas I have ever tasted. About 40 minutes and one warm beer later, I locked eyes with the waitress to order wings and received a look similar to "why are you staring at me" we ordered our wings, and received 10 Luke warm soggy boneless wings. 52$ later I feel robbed. These chips for moister than an oyster

Was the worst experience ever. Waiting for drinks then food then a second drink. Saw our waitress twice . Got served by the manager. WTF? If I wanted to be served by a little guy in golf clothes I would go to stony lane. I mentioned to my waitress that they should have more girls there She told me the little guy sent girls home. Wonder why business is slow? People go to Hooters expecting a nice friendly girl to wait on them. Not a midget with an attitude.

The service has changed. It used to be the waitresses would interact with the people at her tables. By interact, I mean, smile, small talk ( hows the weather, what brought you in, etc). Now, it seems like any other restaurant. The food was okay, although, technically, not what we ordered (we ordered all drummies, didnt get all drummies). The waitress only spent time at our table taking our order. We werent welcomed or made to feel welcomed.

Ive been frequenting this Hooters at least once per month since they opened. They were a little rough on food and service immediately after the trainers went back to their normal restaurants. However, within a few weeks they had worked out the kinks and Ive had nothing but great food and great service ever since. Im so addicted to their hot chicken strips that I always get a couple extra orders to go.

If you are told Morgan is your server, Leave!!!!! Horrible service. She checked the table next to us every 5 minutes yet we barely seen her at ours. Food took 45 minutes if not more to come. Asked for containers and waited another 15-20 minutes. Manager on duty tried his best and gets 5 stars but overall it was a night from hell. Waited so long got food to go. Busy night but not properly staffed.

Food made us sick and the servers are extremely slow, and the food was horrible, badly done, and overpriced. The "alcoholic" drinks tasted like watered down fruit juice. Even though we all ordered different dishes (a burger, buffalo wings, and a pulled pork sandwich) we all got sick from the food. My "salad" was wilted lettuce with a few dressing packets thrown on top.
