WORST SERVICE EVER! I walk in, say "hi" to the young lady at the counter & get no response. I quickly mention its my first time there, again..no response! I ask a few questions about options and order ($18 for 20 wings, with NO CELERY/CARROT OR SIDE)...not cheap!). She asks if I want blue cheese or ranch and I say Ill take "a couple blue cheese, thanks". After charging my card, I notice on the receipt, I was charged .80 for each sauce!!! SHE KNEW I WAS NEW THERE AND NEVER MENTIONED THIS EXTRA CHARGE! Then..I proceed to wait for my food for TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES!!! And, she never said "thank you", nor did she even have courtesy to tell me when my order came out...just dropped the bag on the counter! The wings were not bad, but definitely not worth going through all that! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money!

Ordered 8 boneless wings, 4 canjun rub and 4 garlic parm took 25mins to get. when I got home and opened my order, to my surprise it was the wrong order. They gave me a 6 piece on the bone and not even the flavors I asked for. Brought them back and they asked if I was sure I didnt order them, then looked at the receipt and saw I was correct and told me to wait 5 mins for my new order. No apology and on top of that I waited another 25mins. Horrible service, very disappointed because I was excited about a wing stop being so close.

Yesterday I was taken by surprise with Wing Stop of Port Chester, CT. I recently moved to the area and have been looking to replace my favorite NYC wings. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant, but I took the risk and drove to the restaurant. The service was excellent. They explained every detail of the menu and we ended up ordering 50 wings of a variety of flavors and fries. They were amazing and extremely fresh. The 20 minute wait time is due to the fact that the wings are not precooked. We give this place 5 stars!!!

Extremely nice staff, very clean, great location, too bad the food wasnt up to par. Was in the mood for wings and went here on a whim with some friends. Ordered a substantial amount of wings with various sauces. The staff misplaced the order but gave us a free side dish to compensate. Wings were really surprisingly gelatinous and sauces were meh, ordered mango habanero and was fairly bland considering it is the second hottest sauce they sell.

wanted to give this place a higher rating, but i had the same experience as some of the other reviewers. I placed an online order for 5:45, got it at 6:40, when I got home order was wrong. Also, there were a lot of employees in the kitchen working, but like 6 employees in the front by the cash registers. I dont blame the employees, I blame the owner for not training and staffing appropriately. Will continue to go to BWW for now on.

Awesome!!! Wings were amazing along with the EXCELLENT customer service provided by the entire team. We were visiting from Georgia. We LOVE Wing Stop. Shout out to General Manager Elizabeth. She came over & greeted us to make sure we were ok. Also shout out to her Assistant Manager on duty with her. She was also pleasant and very friendly. Very professional staff. Good luck! Well stop by again

Wish i could give this place a better rating. Wings are great. Just ordered two orders online, pickup time supposed to be 11:50. Got there at 11:50, apparently my orders hadnt even been started. Finally at 12:30 im handed my bag with no apology. Get home and the order is completely wrong, they gave me someone elses order. Never setting foot here again

I waited for an order of 8 wings for 30 minutes while the place was empty. They had at least 8 people covering the kitchen area which is crazy that the service was so slow. And 5 people just chilling at the cash register when there is only 3 registers. The staff were unprofessional eating while they were suppose to be working.

Not too many places impress me with their wings but I was very surprised at how delicious the wings are here. I tried atomic, hot, and the Louisiana rub. The Louisiana rub chicken wings were my favorite. The fries are really good as well. I cant wait to go back and try the other flavors.

5 stars for 5 reasons: Convenient location Fully staffed Cleanliness Great customer service Fresh food -- the wait was about 15 mins but once I had a taste of my wings/fries I knew exactly why. TOTALLY worth the wait!!

Best wings I ever had wait time was alittle long but the cashier informed me ahead of time since everything is made fresh. If you dont want to wait call ahead or order on the app.
