I have been here twice now (at off peak hours like 4 pm... Both times for the bacon cheeseburger combo). Overall, I think this is actually my new favorite burger spot. Having said that, theres a few things to keep in mind. 1) First, the burgers are wonderful: They have moist, deliciously flavored patties. The burgers are a good size (big---see photo). ***KEEP IN MIND that if you dont specify the kind of cheese you want, theyll likely put cheese sauce on your burger. Its actually pretty good, but I would much prefer real cheese. Next time, I will ask for cheddar. (2nd photo) 2) Try the Curly fries! (You can get them in a combo instead of regular fries). Both times Ive been here, Ive ordered curly fries, and theyve always been made fresh/just out of the fryer, so theyre incredibly delicious. ( Even if I have a few after sitting for 20 minutes, theyre still really good.) 3) Service is great It could be because of the time of day Ive dropped in, but my service has been excellent and Im surprised that people have complained about the service in other reviews. People Ive given my order to have been very polite, friendly and professional! And, without my asking, have offered to bring my food to my table which is really nice. 4) If you have a sensitive nose...(as I do) there has been a *slight* odor both times Ive been here. It is so slight that I almost didnt post this; most people wont notice it, and although Im sensitive, it didnt deter me either time from enjoying my meal here, and I will be back again. Overall, I would definitly recommend this place and anticipate being back soon!

Where do I start. Today is Jaunary 27, 2017 and I order a hamburger I told the lady no nothing on my haburger just oinoins and lettuce and she repreted back to me, right. When I got the food it was all wrong it had everything I didnt want. I called them up the lady told me I was wrong of the order I told her and left me on hold for 15 mins and told me I couldt get another one and to pay full price for another one. She finally gave me a hamburger and I took the guy an 1 hour to give me it. They took the hamburger that was wrong and threw it out in my hallway trash. I cant stand these pepole are in bunniess. Rude and I would never come back here agin this is the 2nd time this has happened. YOU NEED BETTER SERVICE.

This place is a joke for delivary! Even 1 star is a complement! they did not show up within an hour. I called the lady and she stated 5-10 mins. Waited for another 20 mins and still heard nothing. Called again asking where my delivary was and the lady came up with an excuse and stated another 5 mins. Almost 2 hours gone by and no response. Called again and they refused to pick up. Kept calling and again she refused to pick up the phone. I had no choice but to call my delivary service to get a refund as the lady refused to answer the phone. If you want the worst/stressful delivary experience then go ahead and call them up! Extremely rude and they treat u like nothing. Worse delivary ever !!! Please be aware!

I do not recommend this place to anyone! Food is good but service is awful! Last time I ordered from them my order came an hour and forty five minutes later and I was told I would get a store credit for my next order due to the order being late. I call a few days later to ask for the credit and they tell me that this was not written and I am not getting it. I asked to speak to the manager and I was given the poor excuse that he had stepped out. No more ordering from these guys. Its a shame because food is good but service is terrible!

I ordered my food & they had said it would be 45minutes , the delivery person came an hour & ten mins later then had the nerve to ASK for a tip. A tip is earned not mandatory... sorry not sorry.

First time and last time ordering from here. Ordered at 8:05pm and food arrived at 9:18pm. Wings small, but tasty. Mozz sticks, very meh. Was going to give one star, but wings brought it up.

The wings are pretty good but tend to be small. The flavor of the wings are spot on. They kinda skimp on the vegetables for a side, they gave me 3 small pieces of celery with 15 wings.
