well. . .this was the LAST straw, I has many issues with this WIO location (Bridgeport) wrong orders, NASTY staff that spoke VERY little english, cold food, incomplete orders, etc etc. I liked the food so much that I really tried to help improve the location, I actually spoke to the owner of WIO (not the franchisee, the owner) he was very helpful and in an effort to make things right he told me to stop by the Bridgeport store and pick up a gift card. . .I was very impressed . . .so. . .I waited a few months to use it because I wanted to wait to see if things improved. . .I went in . . . THE CARD WAS EMPTY. . .YES . . .EMPTY. . .ZERO BALANCE. . . .WHAT A SCUMMY BACKHANDED MOVE BY THE FRANCHISEE ! ! ! ! !. . . .(just as an FYI by law in Connecticut gift cards do not and cannot expire) so hopefully that wont be used as an excuse as to why you SCREWED ME. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. . . . UPDATE: do you know the old expression "put your money where mouth is" . . . .ill tell you what . . .if im lying. . . and used the card as you are saying. . .ill give you $500 IN CASH AND WILL REMOVE ALL THESE COMMENTS . . show me this "software" that said I used it. . .or better yet id like to see me on your security camera "using the card" . . . .just face it. . . YOU ARE DONE ! . . .all of your outlets are racking up bad comment after bad comment. . . ."DECLINING" is a common word. . ."DOWNHILL" is another. . . .and now I see you are doing what every other dying restaurant is doing. . . .when a slew of bad comment come in. . .you rally your friends and family to put all kinds of good comments in. . . . and I was SHOCKED to see you used your own name to post a fake comment (It would be in bad taste to post your name here do I wont, just needed to call you out on it). . . .SO. . .how are you going to make this right ?. . . . .there are DOZENS of restaurant review boards I have to even posted on yet . . . . . .

Went on a slow Saturday afternoon at 4:42pm at the same time as 2 other customers. 1 before us and 1 after us. The wings are good but thats about it. Ordered 2 wraps 1 order of fries and a 6 piece order of wings. Waited 45 minutes to get my take out order. The guy after us received his order before we did. The time frame didnt bother me as much as the fact that my order was not made correctly. I asked for a buffalo chicken wrap with no celery and no tomatoes, what I received was a wrap loaded with celery and tomatoes with 2 small pieces of chicken and no buffalo sauce. When I looked at my receipt the cashier had no note of no celery, even though I saw the manager help her input my requests. I understand that mistakes happen in the restaurant business during high volume rush hours but this was a slow time and everyone looked lost. So very disappointed with the service. Hope you guys can figure it out eventually because Ive heard many complaints from others who just havent had the heart to complain or write a review. I did call the store to ask to speak to a manager but one wasnt available so I didnt want to relay my disappointment to the poor cashier and decided to write this review. ORDER NUMBER 19257

I was going to try to give this location constructional feedback, but since it is a franchise, I will write a review instead. The "kids meal" is two chicken tenders and some fries. The fries were overly seasoned with who knows what. Probably some old bay and other spicy seasoning. And the tenders were covered in my sauce of choice. This means you cannot use your (your kids) fingers to eat them. Kids want something dry to hold in their hands for dipping. My 5 year old walked away from the plate. I am a fan of the wings, however. Although I think it was an off night for the wings, because they were not up to par. Experience dated: 4/26/16 - 4:30pm (Ill be back for the wings).

Ok so the cashiers did not know why chicken wings didnt have a combo meal on the menu when i asked. I placed an order for the boneless breast combo. I ask for the sauce on the side. This meal was to come with a can of soda. There wasnt any cans of diet soda in the cold case, only warm in the back. When I told the girl at the register, she said she dddnt know. The owner had to step in. He made it right. Then they put the sauce on the chicken. Once again the owner stepped in to get it corrected. Also, my breast was chunks. Where does it say these are chunks of chicken breast on the menu? Lastly my fries were cold. Twenty or so minutes I waited, No thanks, wouldnt be going back.

The celery sticks were better honestly...oh, and the employees were nice to say the least. Not for nothing but for being a brand new business you should be able to pay with two cards if you want to split the bill. But according to the cashier their system doesnt allow them to do that. The food is super overpriced and super overrated. We ordered garlic parmesan wings that look like garlic parmesan soup with wings floating in it plus it had no flavor whatsoever. I was too hungry not to take this horrendous food back and get a refund but rest assure Ill never buy food from here again. Ill just pull the $45 out of my pocket and flush it down the toilet.

My best friend recommended this place to me and a group of other people. So one day my teachers and my best friend decided to order some food during our lunch time at school and my best friend decided that we should all check out Wing It On because she had been working there. The day before, she bought in menus for us to look at and we placed an order for delivery. The delivery guy bought our food prematurely which was amazing. The food was delectable. My best friend, Delman, has promised to do another delivery as soon as possible. Thanks for such an astonishing experience.

Very good wings, crispy and full of flavor. I like a lot of spice on mine and they delivered on that, the hottest one being a bit too hot for my taste. Orders are usually ready within 15 minutes and there are about 8 tables if you want to sit and eat, but most people seem to do take out or delivery. The staff seems like college kids and are always very friendly, even the time I popped in 10 minutes before closing. Their Facebook page has some specials for online orders, but thats all Ive been able to find.

Very clean!A+. Ordered boneless wings in hot buffalo and raging garlic, with a side order of fries. They honestly werent too spicy. I wish they still had a bit of a crunch to them. My party ordered medium buffalo wings and a buffalo wrap, the wings were lean and yummy but again missing the heat factor. Celary sticks were okay wish they were a bit more crisp. Blue cheese was awsome!! Chunky and perfect! Also the chicken was cooked perfectly will most certianly be coming back, but choosing the hotter versions.
