I have ordered from them before…never had an issue. Placed an order and noticed that 10 wings were missing called to let them know that my 9 dollar item was missing. Was questioned about food being sent, person stating that it was delivered. I told her that I had no need to try to cheat them out of 10 wings. However, it was the principal of it all. They told me they were going to sent them, then 2 hours later called back to question where delivery was sent - only to be mocked by staff. As a far I concerned will never order again. POOOOOOOR Customer service!

I order a $28 worth of food. I asked for Siarra Mist with No ice and they gave me bubbly unflavored soda WITH ice AND burned all my jalopeno pepper poppers. How much more wrong can you get with an order? I called up the place and was very nice to them. It turned out their machine had run out of syrup and was like "Thats understandable". I asked for her to send her guy back to give me my soda back/refund me of MY MONEY and she said "I dont know if our driver wants to go back but we can give you a discount on your next order"

I just ordered an extra cheeseburger, fries, and a 5 piece order of hot BBQ wings...the burger was amazing. I was def shocked and impressed that planet wings makes such amazing burgers. The fries were also very tasty! The wings....ehhh not bad but I have had better. N the best part is that it came in 20mins when they told me 45mins!!!!!!! Awesome!!!

Great tasting wings, chicken and fries. Constantly fresh food but looses a star for high prices. The menu has so many different sauces for the wings and there is a Soda with Fries add on to any meal for a couple of buck more. CURLY Fries available

For the roving Manhattan College student, this is the wings place. Dont go with the jumbo wings, they arent very jumbo. The boneless wings are really good though. My personal favorite flavors are cajun and medium.
