Was there Thursday 8/25/16. Ordered apps then specifically waited to order dinner. While waiting for apps, a waiter, not ours, starts walking around with a tray of food and no idea what table its for. Tried to give it to us and although it sounded like our order, we didnt take it. Apps came out, then dinner right after. I am convinced they gave us the unknown order. Apps were tasty but all the dinners were cold (all wings). Place is supposed to be known for wings and they cant get that right? Didnt see waitress for a while and when I complained, she said I should have told her before. She didnt really care about all the food coming out at the same time. When the bill came, she said she told the manager and they took 5 off but no one bothered to come talk to me. Place was not busy ( Im not surprised). Wont be going back again. Or to any of them. Im sure they dont care.

I went on a Friday night, I was very surprised that it wasnt crowded. The service was horrible. Our food took about an hour to come out which we only order a salad 10 wings and fries. The salad came out first and we couldnt even get silverware to eat it with. Once the food came out it was very cold, we sent it back and it still came out cold. The waitress tried to convince me it was made fresh. My thoughts were how could they remake the wings in 10 mins, when it took over an hour to get the first order. What bothered me the most the waitress was not even apologetic to our order taking so long to come out or for it coming out cold. Let me not meation that my husband even tried to go to the bar to get his own drink.... And the surrounding tables also were complaining. The worst service Ive ever had in my life. I would never go there again

Went on a Sunday evening post-beach with a group of four families including seven young children. Yes, that sounds like an easy recipe for disaster, but trust me when I say it was nothing compared to the lousy food, and even worse service. I get it - people come here on game day for beer and wings. The wings are not awful. Theyre not good either. One wing order at our table arrived ice cold. Another order was dropped on the floor (accident). I got a side salad with my wings that tasted old...and they never brought the dressing. Want to know how to get seven hungry kids angry? Move at a glacial pace when bringing their food. The restaurant didnt appear to be very crowded. Hard to tell though since the tables are so spread out. I guess they serve a purpose, but I will likely never dine here again.

We did not have BWW in a very long time so we were looking forward to getting great wings. Disappointed! There was one large wing, thirteen almost average wings and one wing that was so small it looked like it came from a pigeon! The wings were not sauced properly, the paper beneath the wings had no evidence that these wings even saw sauced. The five which had the dry rub on them had way too much rub. The wings themselves were over fried and very chewy. These wings were so bad,we did not eat half of them and left still hungry. Funny, the waitress did not ask if we wanted the leftovers to go,maybe she knew they were not good. We will not be trying the fried pickles again. The fries were great as unusual.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE , not only did the food take forever to come , but the wings came out dry (barley any sauce on the barbecue or traditional ). On top of this the couple behind us was barefoot with their feet out in the air within 2 feet of us. Lastly the girl busing tables was at the waitress stand and proceeded to pick her nose in plain sight for about two minutes and wipe her hands on the same towel she was using to wipe tables down for the next costomers ! Absolutely disgusting !

Id like to talk about the food but we never got any. Ten minutes to be GREETED! The hostess was not at all pleasant. She never apologized for the long wait. So, we sat and no one ever acknowleged our presence. We went to Fridays next door where we were promptly seated and greeted. It was not at all busy on a Tuesday night at 8:15. There were plenty of tables available. I had not been here in a while. It will be a lot longer before I ever go back.

All around horrible experience. Service is slow, like really really slow. Takes forever to be seated, order food, get food, refill drinks, pay bill, etc. Servers just disappear. Food is mediocre at best. Looks nothing like the menu photos. Everything comes out at one time. No separate service of appetizers, etc. Oh and the booths are designed for people who are 8 feet tall. Do yourself a favor and go to Houlihans or TGI Fridays next door.

Horrible! Went on a Saturday night around 11 pm and the place wasnt even full yet they took forever to seat us. Menus were in a servers hands yet she walked right past us like we werent even there. She tried it. We were switched to another table. The servers were too preoccupied with conversing rather than attending to customers. When we decided to just leave there were no apologies. Seriously go somewhere else. This location is a joke.

I tried placing an order on the phone for 30 minutes but could not get through due whoever was picking up the phone kept hanging up. Arrived at the location and asked the girl in take out why that kept happening and her response was the guest in the restaurant are more important than the ones on the phone... To say the least they said 25 min for my wings, was more like 45... Without so much as even an apology!!

Service took a long time, waitress forgot our drink, and a meal for two with one shared appetizer and only a few drinks cost almost $90 without tip. Far too expensive of a place to eat casually, not to mention that 7 out of 10 times that I go to any given BWW on Long Island, the floor is littered with straw wrappers and garbage, even when were being seated at a "cleaned" table. No thanks.

Very average food. Terrible service. Waited almost an hour for a server to come to our table last visit, even after multiple visits to the hostess stand. Went a Handful of times and made simple requests like "no tomatoes" etc. None of them were followed. Same for other members of my party. Not a huge deal but indicative of the lack of care or concern for customers.

What rhymes with pretty ( ah sh-ity ) waiting for my food over 35 min and its comes up lukewarm. My waiter was very nice but I saw him in a movie, it was called Disappearing Act, one waiter serving a big area by him self with no help I would never come back here again, and I dont even have time to go in on the food, dont waste ur money! #70049

Been here before and our experience wasnt so hot. As of late there seems to be improvements. We love the wings here and our last visit the server was awesome and so was the food. Sad to say we were surprised that everything was great, but worth the mention. If youve been in before, give it another shot. Wings were banging and thats all folks.
