I would just like to clarify the hours....Monday and Friday...5 to 2am Small Dog Yappy Hour 5 to 9 pm Thursday...5 to 10 pm Open later if there is a show All size dogs Yappy Hour 5 - 9 pm Saturday and Sunday...Noon to 2 am All size dogs Yappy Hour Noon to 9 pm

First time here and Absolutely loved it. The only thing I wish they had though was an area the dogs could lay in the shade. They do have little pools set up which is great but my dog hates water and wont get in it. So when he got hot along with some other dogs the tried laying in-between the seats at the bar and the bar itself just to get some shade. We will still be back just on a little bit of a cooler day since it was 92° this past weekend and no clouds in sight.

Drove an hour and a half from the company paid hotel to see Whitey Morgan and the 78s. And let me tell you, Scooter, it was worth a three hour drive. Showed up early so I went to the outdoor bar and I realized Im surrounded by small dogs; just frolicking and pal-in around. Im just sitting there with a beer enjoying every minute of it. Go inside, have a cheese steak- delicious. Band starts, Im just blown away. 10/10 would drive way the hell out of my way again.

Its a cool dive, and a throwback to the old Asbury Park. My Dad and I usually stop in here to grab a beer or two if were nearby. Theyve got a lot of concerts here and a nice stage / venue space inside. The bar is really long and winds around as well so its easy to get to. Its worth checking out if youre nearby or if youre a fan of live music. Bruce has popped up here before as well, so I guess you never know for sure whatll happen.

An Asbury Park land mark venue for music. Asbury Park is legendary for its rock music culture. Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Southside Johnny, Bobby Bandiera, and so many more call Asbury Park home. The Wonder Bar is one of the iconic clubs in this town. Nice venue with a steady stream of well known acts on the events list. Its right across from the beach, has a dog park, and good comfort food and drinks. Loved it...

Wonder Bar rules because Yappy Hour is basically the greatest thing ever to be invented. Who doesnt want to spend all day with their dog having fun in the sun at a bar? Even if you dont have a dog or dont drink, come and hang out anyway! I cannot wait until Yappy Hour is officially open for the season in April to bring my pup for a good time. (P.S. Wonder Bar is open year round, not yappy hour.)

Great bar, cool vibes. Nice small place to see a band. Cute outdoor area to drink... theres also a section to drink and hang with your dog! Decent draft beer selection and some good drink specials. Do not get food here though! Its gotta be microwaved or something. Go to Mogo tacos down the street on the boardwalk... its worth the walk and not wasting your money.

There is NO PLACE like ASBURY PARK, in Asbury Park there is no place like the WONDER BAR and once you are in the WONDER BAR there is no place in all of Asbury that provides the BEST BURGERS, FRIES, HOT DOGS and MOST IMPORTANTLY, ENTERTAINMENT WITH THAT VINTAGE SPIRIT OF WHAT MAKES ASBURY PARK A ONE AND ONLY. Love this place! Its not only a great music venue, they also make a fantastic burger! Not to mention the yappy hour deck where you can bring your dogs for drinks (the drinks are for people but they have lots of water bowls and pools for the pooches). The staff is like family and the clientele is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Im sure there are several reasons why people go to Wonder Bar -- the outdoor space, the live music, a good vibe -- but we visited for the dogs. The daily Yappy Hour is exactly what you want to do on a sunny afternoon: drink a beer and watch dogs run after each other in the yard.

Such a cool hangout for us and our dog. We enjoyed meeting lots of different people while our puppy was thoroughly exercised by all the other great dogs. What more can you ask for when you have cold beer, great conversation, and your pet can have the time of their lives?

The Yappy Hour section of Wonder Bar is such a unique pleasure. If you own a well socialized dog, this is the bomb. Cocktails, comfy chairs and cool folks. Add in the restaurant and music venue, its a real find and worth the schleep from Manhattan!

Another good venue for shows in the area. Just went to one last week and forget how much fun this place can be. Its not very big, so you always get a good view. Plus, they have yappy hour, where you can bring your dog and hang out in the garden

Had a great time there tonight ❤ Sunday, Feb. 19th. Dont know the name of the band, but they were the absolute best. Grateful Dead, Alman Brothers and jamming with a number of excellent performers. Fell in love and will recommend this place ❤
