10:45Am, and the line in the drive thru did not move one car for 10 minutes. So, I back out of the drive-thru line (since I couldnt even get to the Order speaker), and decided to go in. There were only 4 people in front of me, and all of them were waiting for about 5-10 minutes without being helped at all (2 guys in front of me said it, along with the family in front of them). This is the most ridiculous display of customer service I have ever encountered. They didnt even acknowledge the people at the counter, who loudly said they have been waiting for 5-10 minutes. There are other Taco Bells in the area, so, I will gladly give them my business and hope that this one gets shut down for their incompetent staff.

Waited 30 mins in the diner area for food there were only two customers waiting and I was one of two...paid extra for condiments which were not added to the food took the food back and still nothing was done they gave me my same food back in tact as I handed it to them....I havent been to taco Bell in a long time and this kind of service reminds me why...prices too high for the food and the service not even close to being good.

I love taco bell, one of my favorite fast food places to eat at but this place needs some improvement. Mostly improvement to their drive-thru process because Ive dealt with them messing up my orders numerous times. Besides that everything else is pretty ok to handle for a normal fast food place.

Ordered breakfast and coffee but the coffee thou, it tasted as if they washed their hands in it. I ordered light and sweet and it was awful, had to throw it out. Please taste the coffee if you go thru drive thru.

This Taco Bell got renovated, but the food still takes forever. I go here because its the only local Taco Bell, but I always plan on it taking 15 minutes to get my food.
