This is about the worst Burger King on Staten Island. For YEARS now, they have not repaired their broken concrete steps (has perprtual yellow safety tape blocking the entrance from the parking lot), nor their drive-through ordering system (always a sign that says "say Hello when you are ready to order". Somehow their lackadaisical will find a way to screw up EVERY order. Seriously, unless you order one simple thing (like fries), there WILL be something missing or wrong. The exception to the above is when the older women work in the morning; at least they take some pride in doing a complete job... Oh, and if you want to take a trip down Memory Lane and experience the kids toys from years ago, ask for the Kids Meal -- they NEVER have the latest toys for the meals and seem to have an excess of inventory from 5 years ago, so that substitution is always a thrill for my kids...(not). Cant wait for Wendys to open across the street --- but that will probably attract the same type of "I dont give a crap" worker...

Holy crap this location never fails to disappoint. If the drive-thru line is full, you might wait up to 20 minutes to get your food. The staff usually arent very friendly, the food is always cold or gets cold during the 3 minute drive back to my house, the fries are always bland and unsalted, and they ALWAYS make sure the order is messed up in some way; either missing food, completely wrong order, or simple mistakes like asking for no pickles on a cheeseburger and getting them anyway. This has to be the worst Burger King in the entire city. Cant wait til Wendys opens across the street.

Ive been coming to this particular BK since I was in 5th grade. It has a lot of good memories. Even though they are renovating with no dining area for the next few months I still have five stars. The food is always good - even better than other BKs Ive been to.

Food is usually cold and stale after short trip home. Service is rude and unfriendly. I was given a hard time when asking for more condiments, by female claiming to be franchise owner. Will never step foot in there again.
