Customer service at this location is horrendous!! Called to speak to a manager 1/3/2017 at about 9:45pm and phone rang for almost 5 minutes before anyone picked up. Asked to speak to a manager and the girl that answered the phone said she was the manager. Putting it in the nicest way possible she was and is clearly incompetent! Cut me off numerous times when I was trying to explain what the problem was. Cant speak on all the employees at this location but the ones I had to deal with clearly just dont care!

I order a #6 which is TWO CHICKEN CHALUPAS instead they give me beef. I told them they got my order wrong then they said if I want chicken I have to pay more money. It clearly says 2 CHICKEN chalupas on the menu. They refused to accommodate me. Either change the menu or give the customer what they payed for.

Disappointed to find out that what is advertised on television isnt offered at all locations. And the food advertised on tv looks nothing like what you get, hardly any meat in the product and an over abundance of vegetables and cheese...so sad...such liars. Smh.

Be careful. The late night drive thru workers are not to be trusted. They have a scam going where they tell you the credit card machine just stopped working and ask if you can pay with cash. You will be charged twice.

The young lady that made my food was nice, even when I brought it back because it was done wrong. The manager tried to be slick & take off the lettuce & cheese then added the sour cream. And put the rest back on.

They dont cook very good here. Ive ordered different things and they always put fewer ingredients than other locations. Food just isnt all of that here. Would much rather go to another restaurant near by.

Service was good, while waiting I observed the kitchen, it looked clean, tables and floor were clean, windows were clean, my boyfriend went to the restroom and said it was clean, food was as expected.

The drive thought takes a really long time. When we drove off we realized we wound up with the wrong order. We couldnt be mad though because we got so much extra food for the little we wound up paying.
