This place is disgusting. I went here with my children on 08/15/14 and everything was ok until I received my order and realized that there was cheese on it. It was not the waiters fault because he distinctly repeated no cheese when I told him and I saw him write it down. He took my food back to the kitchen and 2 minutes later he brings it back with the cheese wiped off. I was so disgusted by what they did I paid the bill except for my wrong order and left. At no time did the Manager come and apologize for what was done and the waiter didnt even come bring me the check the hostess that sat us down did. This must be a standard practice at this IHOP and they were probably hoping that I wouldnt realize what they had did. When I complained to corporate they forwarded my complaint to the General Manager and that air head has the audacity to copy and paste a generic message and email it me it apologizing for her staffs attitude, as she stated. I never once complained about the staff it was about my food and how they handled my order when I told them it was wrong. I will never go to this place again and I urge others that have specific request not to go either because if they did it to me they are probably doing it to others that complain their food is wrong.

On a Sunday afternoon my family and I decided to have brunch. We all places our order. The waiter didnt write anything down. In my head I was thinking hes going to get something wrong. And, of course he did. My daughter order over easy eggs I ordered scrambled. What did I get...over easy. So he says no problem Ill bring you scrambled...then I went to eat my pancakes. Hard as a rock. I also tell him. Long story short I never got another set of pancakes. And the food was yucky! Im still hungry

Worst restaurant Ive ever been to. Coffee was cold and watered down, and cost $3 for one cup. Complained to the manager, who response was too bad, I dont know what you want me to do about it. Called customer service and was told I would be contacted by a supervisor by the end of the week. Received a call from the general manager, Leo, who was even worse than the first woman! Not only was my dining experience ruined, but I was then aggravated three days later with his phone call, while at work!

Every time I bring my family to eat there, its always an issue. The servers are awesome and professional, I wish I can say the same for the manager. This female manager acts as if she is always on her period or something (no offense to you ladies out there.) Ive owned a business and managed many and Ive never given bad service to any customers. Besides the food, a good experience is an important factor for any type of business. In addition parking really sucks.

Its ok. Nothing special about it other than it being there. We go here a few Sundays a month for Sunday breakfast. It gets packed quick. And being almost a "regular"..it seems no one here recognizes you. The servers look like they dont want to help most of the time seeing that their attentions are somewhere else and just nodding as you give them your order. At least the orders are made right and we get to eat.

A favorite go-to spot. Its clean, convenient and the servers are always super friendly. Go there enough times and they start to treat you like a regular, knowing your order and all. Frequent it later at night, weekends is usually busier and you might not get the same service. But anytime after 9pm youll be set.

I love IHOPS but they are becoming the with portions. I had to send my pancakes back because they ridiculously small. The next tanle ovet said to me excuse me but this do not look like a hash brown right...it was scrapings of another hash brown...Do better IHOP please. Please start with Cooking Staff Training.

Its ok i guess Ive been there once. Steaks got smaller? but that could be ihops in general i dont know. After $50 my wife and I went across the street to eat in Apples cuz we were still hungry. No joke! Same night two restaurants... First time happened us. And fyi we are not that over weight btw... o.O

Worst Ihop ever! The waiter took way to long with everything. When he did show up, the food was cold, the ice coffee was warm, the pancakes were crispy and dry, no one really enjoyed their meals. The manager didnt even offer a discount despite us all agreeing that the food and the service was terrible.

This time was better than the last one. Previous to this visit, Ihop manager came and slammed his hand against the table because my friend and I we were talking and catching up on each others life events and stop consuming after a 50 dollars dinner and 20 dollars tip that we spent on that day.

Wonderful bonus for neighborhood. Big location, great diverse menu, unlimited coffee, every time we eat there food is so good and on point. Prices are great. Service is hot or miss sometimes. Easy 5 stars if not for the inattentive waiters S/t. Jessica and Maria the waitresses are the BEST!

My waitress forgot multiple items I asked for and slammed the plates when our food came, although it is national pancake day I did not expect less then quality service. P.s. the eggs were under cooked. But I liked the waitress Brianna she brought my missing ordered items.

The staff were nice, there was parking available and we were seated upon arrival. Unfortunately the food wasnt as pleasant. My friends food was completely cold & my steak was very tough. My iced coffee tasted funny. Not a huge deal, but definitely wouldnt come back here.

I love Ihop, this location is spacious, staff is usually very friendly only downside that it can get extremely warm inside... to the point where its uncomfortable to eat cause your so hot, thus is my personal experience. Besides that everything is great

I love Ihop and could eat breakfast all day. Some of these restaurants must have different recipes for the same food because the Red Velvet pancakes here were not as good as elsewhere. A bit dry and flavorless. The saving grace was the cream topping.

Usually when I come Ms Diana is our server always smiling and talking to us this time we were seated in another area and this server wasnt as pleasant but overall the food was good but next time will ask to be seated in Diana area.

The food is consistent and really does look like the photos in the menu. Most of the wait staff are great; some are wonderful. Its always clean and the front desk folks are always courteous. Tasty breakfast eats for a good price.

Its pretty good, I like the food of course. The waitresses seems nice, its not always crowded which is a good thing, but I like to see its busy because everyone likes the food. When it looks empty I just wonder, why?
