Been to the one on Highland about a year ago I thought it was very good. Came across this location by accident. Its right next to Pawn Stars. Despite there being huge crowds in front of the shop and candy store, the restaurant was empty. Clean, a bit on the small side but without seeming cramped. Smelled great outside and as we walked in though horribly overpriced even after the local 20% discount. Got the pit special. Came with two ribs, brisket, hot links, chicken and my sides were the greens, smoked Mac and cheese, and baked beans. Lets just say the sides were more enjoyable than any of the meat items. Everything was a bit dry, though im almost certain this was because there was slow business rather than poor cooking skills so stuff might have been there a bit. It was Still fairly early around 11:30 so I would assume everything would be freshly cooked since I think they open at 10 but who knows. Something was definitely cooking, but it wasnt what I received. Biggest folly. There was an obvious lack of seasoning on the meat, which I found to be strange since the side dishes that I tried were pretty awesome and well seasoned. The baked beans had a kick too spicy for my son, but I wolfed them down haha. I thought I wouldnt like the greens. Collard greens can soak up a lot of flavor, but you can easily overdo them. Some places, greens come out undercooked and watery. The collards here were great! Kudos to that for sure. Overall it was a solid OK. Wasnt horrible not by any means just blase. Would be 3 stars but I really enjoyed the chef. The service was great, he was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The cashier girl was upbeat and nice too. So this location is right next to a candy store. The line was wrapped around and around for this place. Must be good candy Ive never heard of it. But regardless, I thought it was a nice touch when after we purchased our food, the chef came out behind us with samples of brisket to give to the people waiting outside in line. That was not only very nice, but smooth marketing. Shows dedication than just sitting inside the restaurant twiddling thumbs. So because of this I think they deserve a 4. Because of its location, I probably wont return. For some reason, as i waited for my food, I got ridiculously and unnecessarily irritated watching all those tourists standing in the heat for some damn candy. I was sweating profusely just by looking at them, imagining them coming out the store munching on fudge and brittle with hot and sticky fingers and chins. Maybe its worth it, but because of this and the pawn store, parking is an EXTREME pain in the booty patootie!!!!! If youre an exploring tourist, its doable. If youre local, just go to another one.

Meanwhile on a Sensational Sunny Sunday Our Hero Foodie & DJ Legend Cowboy Finds Himself In Las Vegas At #Rickharrisons From #Pawnstars BBQ Place heard lot of bout it So here ta check it out I ordered the Some Saint Louis Ribs that were Tender Smokey and Yummy I also had the Old Mans (Ricks Fathers) Favorite "THE BIGGIN" its a Hotlink Smothered with Chop Brisket and Pulled Pork all in one sandwich Hmmmm what can I say about THE BIGGIN this sandwich just sounds yummy and this case it was I would only make a few slight changes the Bun should be either toasted or fresh made and I would do something like add sauce or juice from the meat because the pulled pork was just a little dry but trust me this sandwich is still extremely yummy but I think with those additions this sandwich with knock you off your feet and did I mention that Hotlink was very good had a nice old fashioned hotdog snap and nice hot spicy bite yummmm the place overall looks nice it was clean the staff was cool at knowledgeable and plenty of nice outside places to sit as well as a nice air condition spots they even deliver and cater events in the end this is a really nice place to check out when youre in Vegas I didnt get a chance to try to smoke chicken wings I know I know thats my thang but it just gives me another reason to come back though it was alil spendy good job guyz#BBQ #Foodie #DjCowboy #food

Really hard to find good BBQ in Las Vegas but ive gotta say i will be sending friends to Ricks Rollin Smoke. I had the pulled chicken sandwich and it was very flavorful and tender. I added the sweet bbq sauce on top and even though it did have sweet notes, the sauce had a little kick to it (which was nice but if you have a sensitive stomach maybe skip on the sauce). For my side i had the smoked mac n cheese, which also had a little spice to it but not too much, i also got hints of what tasted like gravy in it ...that was a interesting but great flavor! The bf tried the 1/2 smoked chicken and ate every bit, juicy, tender and had a nice smoked flavor were his words while eating. The service from the staff was outstanding, c Chef Cory was very informative and friendly!

Tonight I took my friend for the BBQ. My wife and I went Super Bowl for the beef ribs and chicken. Tonight my friend ordered the sliced Beef Brisket. He loved the slices especially with the macaroni and cheese. The corn bread, barbecue, smoked meat is extraordinary, but the great thing is variety, because if I take my son and he doesnt want BBQ, then there is the Pawn Plaza with pizza, those Canadian french fries with the meat and gravy, the special donuts shaped like panda bears as well as the gummy bear custard ice cream. So I go for the BBQ, but my son can enjoy whatever else he has a taste for. Plus I appreciate the security in the parking lot. Parking is difficult in Las Vegas.

Food was great. Food is a solid 5 star, atmosphere is a solid 5 star. However they are the most expensive BBQ that I have had to date in Las Vegas and that is including the locals discount. Only complaint is the price. $16 for a 1/4 lb pulled pork sandwich, Cole slaw and drink after the locals discount? Minus 1 star. I have eaten BBQ from Ohio, New York, Alabama, New Orleans, Texas, Mississippi, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and everywhere in between. I would put the quality of the food in the top 10 for best taste and top 3 for most expensive for what I usually order. Its somewhere I will likely eat again but definitely not on a regular basis.
