This place was wonderful! Im American, but I used to teach English in Korea, and this place is the real deal. (We were the only Americans in the place...all the other patrons were Korean....good sign of its authenticity.) Close to the Las Vegas strip, I went there with my three children (ages 14, 6, and 4), and they LOVED it. The hostess was extremely nice and even gave my children lollipops and a hug before leaving. The staff was friendly, helpful, and served the food very quickly. We didnt have to wait at all. They brought us many side dishes (at no additional cost) and before we had finished them, our dinner was served. We ordered bulgogi (marinated beef) on the table BBQ and also traditional bibimbop. Both were scrumptious and reminded me of all the wonderful flavors I learned to love so much in Korea. The bibimbop was particularly yummy. I wish the prices were a wee bit cheaper (they were in the medium range, between $10 and $20 per dish), but the ambiance, the staff, and especially the food were worth it. I found the restaurant clean, stylish, and modern. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking good, authentic Korean food.

I went to the restaurant after seeing an advertisement and reviews at sever places. But, the food price was so expensive, and the food taste was terrible. The service of a staff was bad, Everything was below that I had expected. 리뷰 보고, 방문한 한국 스타의 사인이 있다고 해서, 믿고 갔는데, 가격은 비싸지, 맛은 없지, 참으로 실망했습니다. 서비스한 사람들이 너무 성의 없고 불친절해서 넘 실망했습니다. 그래도 팁은 줬습니다. 가지 마세요. 그래야 정신차리고 제대로 음식 서비스 합니다.

Dae Jang Keum Korean BBQ has grills where customers can roast specially prepared beef, pork and seafood at the table. Surrounded by a variety of fine restaurants from Vietnam, Thailand and noodle bars serving dim sum, Dae Jang Keum specializes in Korean styled BBQ that is served throughout the day for 24 hours. I brought my coworkers from the office. Everyone enjoyed the marinated short ribs that absorbed the hot and spice, sweet sauce the ribs were prepared in. My friends thought the dumpling soups were delicious. Plus the dishes were prepared with such grace. Each carrot shaped like a flower or sharp palm leaf. This was especially nice because one of my coworkers had never eaten Korean food before. Now he wants to return.

Honestly do not waste your money. I hate this place. Again, dont waste your money. We ordered the king size combination which was $80 and I swear they gave meat enough for one person. Service was terrible and after we confronted them about the meat, they just stopped coming to our table and even told us that we should have gone to an all you can eat place. I love KBBQ and Ive done it at a lot of place but Ive never been so disrespected in front of my family before. Like I said I love KBBQ but Im never coming here again. You can see for yourself and other people may have had a different experience with them but this was mine.

The food was decent. The reason for a two star rating is the service. The hostess just pointed to the booth where we were to sit. After being seated, our waitress tossed the napkins at us. She was not helpful in answering our questions about the menu. She failed to inquire about drinks we wanted. After everyting was said and done, she finally smiled, but too late for the smiles in my book. This was the first time here and will be the last one. If you like rude servers, then go and eat here.

I highly disrecommend this place. Price is very expensive compared with food quality. And service is very suck. I went here yesterday at 10:00 am. So there were not people except our group. When we saw the menu and price , we want go back. But we ordered various korea stew with expensive price about 16 dollars each. After they gave us the food. They dont come to us again. And when we ordered sub menu and tools, they forgot about that and only eat their lunch each other.

Usually the service is very good here but for some reasons the last time we were here it was a bit slow. Maybe it was a new waitress. They didnt bring the rice until we asked twice, and almost burned the kalbe. We usually get a selection of meat here to BBQ, the pork belly is very good. Fried mondoo is good, avoid the fried rice. Parking is convenient out front and you can get a private room for larger parties.

Awesome BBQ spot!! Boneless Short ribs, beef brisket and spicy octobus are bomb! Don,t forget to grab some eggplants! They taste well with the green sauce, so does the seafood! Place will be super packed after 6-6:30pm. And parking sucks! Otherwise, food is great. Mona was our server and she was very helpful. She checked up on us if food was good and she brought our food out very quick. Thanks Mona! :)

Customer service was not bad at all. Was never offered more tea after the first cup which was disappointing. The tofu soup #42 I believe...was apparently good. Asked for short ribs well done, and they werent very well done at all. I ordered steamed vegetables with beef and rice, and received not at all what I expected. It was a cold fishy tasting salad.

Food was delicious. Besides the girl in the front everyone else was so rude. Attitude and no good customer service whatsoever and had the nerve to tell us that if in our "american culture" it was too much because we took a bit to try to combine our cash because they combined our check.

The food was good and clean, the food is not sweet, affordable and above all inexpensive price. Its like a lot of Korean food in the most demanding part was very pleased. Then go to a place where you want to just stop by again. HOT ~~~~

I loved the food! And the 24hr convenience! But the service is awful and the website doesnt work and the staff cant speak a word of English! If you want to get good service and waiters that you can understand then dont bother going to this restaurant!

Best Korean bbq in town. They cook the meats in your table grill, bring you all the sides you can eat with the combination platters. Food is great, ill meet you there if you want too. Ive eaten here about 25 times or so.... I must like it.

Dae Jang Keum used to be the unquestioned leader for quality Korean BBQ in Las Vegas. I suppose all the tourist guide books continue to send people hear long after their fall. Prices keep rising but quality isnt keeping up.

We came here hungry and left disappointed. We ordered bulgogi dolsot bibimbap and found no beef. Same goes with pork soondubu and seafood soondubu, theres plenty of tofu but very few pork and seafood.
