Never been so insulted by someone as I was yesterday by a manager at Publix at Shoppes of Citrus Park. Then to find out that idiot was the store manager Robert Goolsby...so what if you think I smell like pot? I purchased a product I was unhappy with and was returning it well within its date and said store credit was sufficient. But just to show you jerks heres a photo of my receipt. I dug it out and highlighted the item...Gingersnaps...purchased on 11/26/14. The date on the bag was April of 2015. Publix Publix Corporate Office Guess I shouldnt wear my new cologne Canibi for men to your stores anymore...wait, easier solution, dont shop at your stores anymore! I grew up with Publix and you are no longer the great shopping experience provider you once were. At least not in my area. This isnt the first time Ive been hassled about a return...even when I have receipts! The #CitrusPark #Publix store has had some of the worst organic strawberries I have ever seen this year. Batch after batch that look fine on top and are mushy, rotting, and/or molding under that first layer. Ive brought those back with receipts a day or two after I purchased them to be told they couldnt refund me for my bad strawberries. So I dont even bother trying to complain about poor quality produce anymore. As a owner of multiple businesses I was shocked to find out this "manager" was the store manager. I would be very disappointed to hear that any of my employees spoke to a customer like Robert Goolsby spoke to me. But then again maybe he just thought he was talking to some dumb dope smoking hipping who probably works for a jerk just like him. I shopped at Winn Dixie for the first time ever last night. Ive only been to a Whole Foods Market once as they have worked against the #GMO labeling I believe in. But tonight I venture forth since Winn-Dixie doesnt carry the #organic produce I eat.

I have been shopping here since the store opened over ten years ago. I love Publix, but this is my favorite Publix. We moved about five years ago, there are two other Publix closer to my home but I still make the trip here once a week or more. Many of the staff members have seen my children grow up, they know us by name and ask kind questions about our family. I have bought treats for birthdays and school functions there for years and last fall they took care of the wedding cake for my oldest daughter; it was beautiful and delicious. They did the flowers for the wedding as well and managed to meet both my daughters expectations and my budget. I use the pharmacy to fill our prescriptions, the staff couldnt be more helpful and gracious. My younger children are teenagers now and still always stop by the bakery for a cookie and a smile, then head over to the deli to order their favorite Boars head meat and cheese. They love the subs. The fish is always fresh. Thank you for really making shopping a pleasure.

Newer visitor to this store. Probably one of the largest, if not the largest, Publix stores inside that I have ever visited. The larger size doesnt seem to really equate to a larger, extended (or alternative) selection over other publix store offerings but the extra square footage and high ceilings offer a spacious and pleasurable strolling experience through the aisles for a comfortable shopping visit. Has spacious pharmacy, bakery and deli areas and an upstairs apron cooking school. Parking availability is good, though entering and exiting the plaza is comparable to many other plazas with some slight bottleneck in traffic flow. Liquor store is available in the plaza a few doors down from the grocery store.

Tonight stopped in with my 3 yr old and 5 yr old. It is always an adventure taking them. Amy Jo was wonderful. It started to storm and rain was coming down fast. She and other staff gave customers umbrellas and ponchos and were just amazing. She helped me to watch my kids while I ran to my car and pulled it up and she even helped me with holding umbrella over me while I was able to get kids and groceries in the car. Such an awesome experience to know people care when you have your kids with you and shopping is not usually a pleasure. It always is at Publix though and I hope the supervisors see this and give that girl a well deserved raise/bonus.

Horrible service , called on the phone to place a order for a deli ring sandwich four hours ahead of time ,was transferred around the phone system for 15 minutes before someone could actually tell me that four hours notice isnt enough , someone should have been able to tell me that from the get-go ... what a waste of time . The sad part is I have been shopping there every week for the last 10 years ☹️

When I am looking for something they take me, not just to the aisle, but they locate it on the shelve and ask to make sure it is what I was looking for. Once I asked if they carried a specific brand of barbecue sauce and they asked I I wanted them to get it. On my next trip I found my favorite sauce on the shelve, Thank you Publix, you are awesome.

Standard great Publix service standard. Seems a bit better stocked than the average Publix. I specially go there as its the only one with bulk Brussels sprouts, other produce great also. Attractive inside and out, not just a plain building, shade tree parking possible. A top notch Publix in a highly competitive environment.

Publix is the best supermarket hands down and its not even close. Everything is always in place, friendly staff, and quality products. Love ordering deli items online and then picking them up without having to make the line. This is a time saver for their subs during lunch time.

An incredible experience. Friendly environment, knowledgeable chefs, great menus. The demonstration classes are great. Helpful hints, delicious food, served with a beverage. Dollar for dollar, you couldnt have a better evening out in any restaurant.

I use s wheelchair, but I dont feel like Im in a wheelchair when I shop at Publix. The personnel are so friendly and helpful, I know it sounds corny, but it IS a pleasure to shop there!

I really like this Publix. The employees are always nice and very patient! Sometimes the cleaning products are cheaper at Walmart but when you get the Bogo special then it is better.
