-1 for food is for the plate placed on top of the stove for cooking. It wasnt the traditional grill type. Some places that Ive been to in the past, have actual charcoal underneath the grill that enhances the flavor of the meat. However, at the cost of $25 per person and "all you can eat," its well worth it. Im not sure if they have Yukke (Korean style steak tartare), but for that, I have another place I go to, where I know that they know how to handle it, trim it, and make it properly. From time to time, I do my own Korean style or Japanese Style BBQ at home. I have an electric grill for this. But!! Itll cost well over $25 even to buy 2 types of beef (kalubi and bulukogi), and buying or making the sauce myself. Cleaning up the mess afterwards is another thing.... Time is money. LoL Suras marinate was very well done, and I think its in par with other Korean BBQ places around there. The radish soup had a little too much black pepper, but, it was good. There are many varieties to choose from, whether its beef, pork, chicken, squid, veggies. The Korean waitress does speak English, as well as Korean, and I was very impressed when she spoke Japanese to me, with almost no accent! I have a couple of friends coming in from Japan in August, and Im taking them to Sura, and Im sure theyll like it. Theyre more knowledgeable about Korean BBQ than I, so, I think Itll be a great experience for both of us.

I guess even Korean bbq in Vegas is served buffet style. The other AYCE Korean places I go to, you still have to wait for servers to bring you the meat and banchan. I think I like Suras structure better. You can get whatever you want, whenever you want. Awesome. Variety of meat was very good - bulgogi, chicken, two kinds of marinated pork, pork belly, three kinds of intestines, squid. Too bad there wasnt any kalbi. Lots of banchan options, salad, soup/porridge, some "sushi", and chinese options. Seriously, just eat the meat and banchan and forget the rest. Thats what you came for, right? $16 for lunch is a steal. Though there was a $2 extra charge for something we couldnt figure out. I guess thats something they tack on because its Vegas.

Omg! You have to cook your own food?! Lol, thats part of the whole fun about korean bbq is. Good selection, love the buffet style. Decent drink selection. Some good choices to pair with the food. A little pricey for dinner some people say, but for all you can eat, i expect somewhere between a $20-$30 price tag, and its right where i expect it to be. Definitely a recommended place! Just be sure to cook your food all the way through. If you get sick, its your own fault. The servers are able to help, but dont hold up their job, youre not the only table.

This place honestly has the best service I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Both the waiter and cleaning attendant were unbelievably nice. The waiter was super helpful in explaining anything that was new and even recommending combinations of new foods that were delicious. The grill in the middle of the table was a unique trait that is rarely seen at a buffet but allowed a certain DIY vibe that didnt seem tedious in the slightest. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone who would like to treat themselves to quality service!

Quality over quantity. Dont get me wrong, I like Korean BBQ, but sometimes, you want great quality cuts and also in service. The servers actually set you up and cook for you. (Which Im not used to, because I ALWAYS cook) The grill setup is awesome!! You can cook the sides, like scrambled egg, corn with cheese, and other veggies. This is my go to place for get together with old co-workers and they love it.I suggest the large beef combo. It comes with brisket, marinated short ribs, prime boneless short ribs OR rib eye steak.

5 of us friends went for this place and most of the FOOD on the BUFFET was not labeled. Servers or workers dont speak any English and couldnt explain me anything there...Actually she pointed me to talk to another person who in fact was a guest in the Hotel...he ignored me and went away. $20.00 for the DINNER BUFFET..... U HAVE TO COOK YOUR OWN FOOD. And I am not a good cook...threw up 2 times...called in sick to work....almost got fired from my job. Wouldnt go their again 4 sure....BTW they are open 24 hrs.

our meal there was superb, with excellent service and a relaxed ambiance. Choices of food were many and quite varied, all fresh and in proper small portions for grilling at our table. I was quite comfortable with grilling my own food at my table, having eaten Korean in this style numerous times in Honolulu. Price is quite reasonable given the all-you-can-eat buffet style. I would very highly recommend Sura BBQ, to anyone. By the way, I am haole, with long time in Wisconsin!

The price point for all you can eat just doesnt cut it. Bill came to $89 for three people. For the mediocre quality of the dining options $30 per head is not a good deal. There are many all you can eat sushi choices (with far higher food quality) for less than that, and if I am in the mood for Korean cook at your table style I feel Honey Pig is a better option. $20 per person would seem more reasonable in my opinion.

Low quality meats, not much selection in meat, sushi didnt look good but we didnt try it. Service was good and cook top got hotter than most others weve been too. Not worth $30 each though. Try out Gen in Henderson or Biwon, at the same price, before coming here. Biwon you can add all you eat Sushi for $7 a person and its good stuff. Gen has a great atmosphere, quality cuts of meat and a huge selection to chose from.

Sura BBQ is a buffet-style Korean barbecue restaurant, located not too far from the strip. This is a "cook your own food" style bbq, so be prepared to grab raw ingredients from the buffet line and cook them up yourself! The bulgogi and spicy pork belly were standouts! A must-have! The service was okay, but occasionally slow Im removing empty dishes or refilling beverages.

Compared to other AYCE Korean BBQ. This is the only one that lets you self serve. In other words. Grab as much meat as you want and not have to wait for a waitress to get it for you. Their hot foods are also just as good, beef tendon goes well with their purple or white rice. Their beers arnt the tiny bottles. I dont remember the ounces but its double the corona

Everything seemed left out for too long or old. The food all tastes like a dirty rags I cant explain how disgusting this was and disappointing. Just horrible. Barely was able to eat something edible here, I hope I dont get sick I cannot explain how absolutely stomach turning this place smells and the food smells like a rag left on the counter for 5 days. Disgusting.

I get a kick out of the reviews which label it bad because you have to cook your own food. Isnt that the point of a Korean BBQ? Large variety of items from which to choose. I only speak English and never have an issue communicating. If you are expecting to be waited on, go somewhere else. If you know what Korean BBQ is, go here.
