I rate 1 star. The food was mediocre and over priced. Which is not to say that it was horrible; it was just "OK". One doesnt reasonably expect excellent BBQ in Nevada, anyway. And, in Vegas, I suppose that one ought not expect reasonable prices on anything, either. Just bearing that in mind, I may have given 3 to 3.5 stars, and recommended that, if you are hungry and not particularly picky, you may go on and give the place a shot. However... I ordered for delivery, earlier this evening (June 1st, 2017). They use Grub Hub for their deliveries. I ordered a meal that was supposed to come with a drink (I asked for a sweet iced tea; probably something else that I shouldnt expect to be right, in Nevada). The drink did not show up. We called the restaurant about it, and they were pretty apathetic about it, and blamed the error on Grub Hub. In the end, after phone calls to both Grub Hub and Rollin Smoke, I never did get my drink. At least, I did get refunded, but Im still thirsty. Most restaurant managers that I know would have immediately owned the error, even if it WAS the fault of Grub Hub (it wasnt the fault of Grub Hub; I do not reasonably expect a 3rd party delivery driver to know what I ordered. That would be asinine, to think that he should.) The appropriate response, at minimum, would be to see to it that I received my beverage, with a sincere apology for the error. Most managers would have offered something like a free piece of pie, some sort of refund, SOMETHING as a token of good will, to let me know that this sort of thing wasnt commonplace, and that they truly do value my business. Not that I would have required such, mind you. I would have been delighted to simply have my tea. I am reasonable. I understand that mistakes happen. In conclusion, then, when one considers the mediocre and overpriced food, along with substandard and uncaring staff, I would have to recommend against this establishment. I just cant fathom that this is the best that Las Vegas has to offer.

We were referred here by Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (Tanked) as not only a local place to see one of their tanks, but as one of the best places for BBQ in Vegas, and especially I should try the Meatloaf. The restaurant is way off the beaten path, on strip club alley, in a dank industrial part of town, under a freeway overpass. I was impressed with the overfull parking lot and the line out the door, thinking this must be some good stuff. The place seemed kind of run down, and the Aquarium was really disappointing. I guess it lets you know how much they care about their place. After all, who pays thousands, or tens of thousands for a custom aquarium, then replaces the amazing fish with feeder goldfish, the tank was dirty and the special features didnt function. Back to the restaurant though, so I order, and while ordering my wife wanted some sauce to go, and the menu has prices for cup, pint, quart, gallon or whatever. I ordered a pint of house and a pint of Carolina. We ordered to eat there and paid the $50 for the 2 of us. We went and sat down, about 20 minutes later I went looking for our food, that never came, and found a girl, food runner, whatever, with our food boxed up to-go in a bag wandering around looking for us... Confusing since I ordered for dine in... Took the bag to my wife and we opened it to start eating, and there were in addition to the 2 Styrofoam clamshells with our food, like 16 little tiny 2oz sauce ramekins. Not the glass Mason jars in the case. I thought the meatloaf was borderline just ok, It pretty much just crumbled apart, had to use the mashed potatoes as a binder to keep the bits of meat on the fork. I make better meatloaf myself, in fact I smoke better food in general than they do. My wife had the Pulled Pork, she "enjoyed" it, but didnt finish it As a BBQ connoisseur, having enjoyed BBQ in Texas and several other states, I would have to say this does not even come close to ranking as good BBQ. Life is short, so I would not likely return.

Oh My Heavens!! Do not let the location scare you. Its kind of industrial and out of the way, but youve got to get here for this incredible food, clean location, terrific customer service and fast preparation. Weve already decided were coming back here next time were in Vegas. Rollin Smoke BBQ is amazing! My sister and I shared the Trio plate of chicken and 2 portions of spare ribs. The chicken was moist and flavorful and the ribs fell off the bone and didnt need additional sauce (although I tried their sauces and liked them all)! We chose the Collard Greens as our included side dish and they were delish!! We also ordered a side of the corn nuggets (creamed corn deep fried and a Must Have!). My dad had the scrumptious meatloaf plate that included tasty mashed potatoes, a huge piece of meatloaf that was full of flavor and fresh, handmade crispy fried onions smothering the meat along with a roll. Chef Tim came out to check on the guests and I told him we were from Southern California and could not get over how delicious his food was. He asked if we ordered the Cornbread and we said wed heard it was great but hadnt ordered it. He brought us each a piece and I can say that it was the best cornbread I have ever had. He said "cake flour"... "thats all Im saying". I told Chef Tim that my father loved the fried onions (which were, by then, gone) and that he was going to make a sandwich tomorrow out of his leftover meatloaf. Tim took the plate to box it up and when we got it back, there were 2 pieces of bread (to make a sandwich) and a huge pile of fried onions, in addition to my dads leftovers! LIke I said, GREAT customer service!! Then Chef Tim asked us and a few other folks if we wanted a tour, so we got to go back and see & smell the hickory wood and gorgeous meats in the smokers. GO HERE!! You will be soooo happy you went!

Im the minority here, literally, and figuratively. I bought a Rack of Pork Ribs on the 4th, from your Highland location. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ! ! ! I KNOW BAR B Q ! ! ! From Memphis, with their city moniker, "Home of Bar B Q", to Texas, to Kansas City, to St. Louis, where Im from. I KNOW BAR B Q. I lived across the street from the "Bar B Q King," as per the St. Louis Post Dispatch. The kids on our block, when we were 10 or 11, on Saturday mornings, would ride our bikes to Mr. Kings original restaurant, and sweep his parking lot down. We were compensated with a Rib Tip Samich (not sandwich), and $2, and we were in Hog Heaven. WHY I WAS DISAPPOINTED: 1. you boil your meat 2. the sauce was water 3. quality of meat too fatty If you would like to improve the product you put out, take a trip to Portland (closest place out West with great bar b q, that I know of), go to "MAMAs." Their sides are better than the bar b q, and their ribs are Great. FAMOUS DAVES, has the best Bar B Q in town, as far as Ive found so far. I live 2 miles from you guys, over 8 from the nearest Famous Daves, Ill continue to go there. I guess thats why they had a 2 hour pick-up time versus 15 minutes at your place. I dont normally write blogs, but I was so pissed, I had to vent my frustrations. I may try your restaurant sometime in the future, and see if youve improved on your product.
