Ordered the Steak and Shrimp hibachi entree with noodles (comes with fried rice or noodles), Kani Avocado roll and California roll. The sushi was fresh and so delicious! The shrimp and steak were very good too. However, the noodles were plain and disgusting. I told the lady that I didnt care for the noodles and asked about getting the rice instead (being the whole noodles portion was still there). I was then told I could buy the rice for an additional 6.25 after already spending 23.00. Im not asking for a discount or my money back, but whats wrong with trading the noodles out for the fried rice?

I have frequently patronized this eatery because the food is okay for the price. However, after this evenings experience, J Hibachi will never get another dime of my hard-earned money. The cashiers attitude stinks. She has terrible customer service...barely speaks and very dry when responding to a question. Act like you appreciate my business and my money! Ive noticed several times, but chose to ignore it. But if I am going to drive 15 minutes to OC to buy sushi, I will pay the extra additional $2 or $3 to get a specialty roll that is ten times better at Kyotos directly across the street!

This was our first visit. The food didnt disappoint! The plates were very full (not a soul complained of not being full) and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We will be visiting again in the near future.

Stop calling it hibachi if you dont cook it in front of the customers. If I wanted just the food, Id go to Panda Palace. Hibachi is an experience. Change the name to J Japanese.
