I ordered delivery from here, and I guess maybe my hopes were too high. I got a large vegetable fried rice, a vegetable roll Maki style, mixed vegetables with bean curd, and a can of Sierra Mist. The vegetable roll came in a cute little box with some kind of strong smelling orange thing which I couldnt identify and a little ball of wasabi, there was also an additional little container of soy sauce to dip the rolls in. The rolls themselves were alright, though not as good as others Ive tried, if you order it Maki style you get six little rolls. The vegetable fried rice wasnt bad, but you need to add a ton of soy sauce in my opinion and it was loaded with onions, also I found one little piece of meat in there which bothered me since I am vegetarian, and I ordered the VEGETABLE fried rice for a reason. Even though I found the tiny piece of meat I decided I didnt want to waste $5.35 on the thing and just picked it out and didnt find anymore. I got the mixed vegetables with bean curd instead of home style bean curd with vegetables which I usually get from other places since it said the home style was spicy, but little did I know that the bean curd would just be flavorless seemingly uncooked lumps of tofu. I had to douse it and all the vegetables with it with soy sauce to make them edible and the texture still wasnt entirely pleasant. It also came with a small thing of white rice, and some sort of large container full of sauce(?) which I didnt want to try because I wasnt sure what was in it. I dont think Id order from them again, because I ended up paying $22.65(thats including tip and tax) for a not great meal. The employee I talked to was nice enough and he delivered it faster than expected but the food was definitely not worth it to me. I suppose if you really want Japanese food and dont want to go out it would be okay, but theres definitely better places to get Chinese food delivered from.

Ordered online - was shown 45-60 minutes. I live 5 minutes from here and only ordered a pint of sweet and sour chicken and two appetizers. Our food took an hour and half to get here. It was COLD. I call in they did not care, and just said they were busy. I am sure the last thing they expected was to see me walk in the door. I told them I either wanted a refund, or hot food. A sorry would have been nice too. But instead of service i was just given excuses (I am 6 months pregnant, and had zero patience at this point) Your busy? I am the only patron in the place! Oh with deliveries - hire another driver! They finally agree to make me hot food. two guys go back into the kitchen and all i hear is yelling! (not sure what they were saying) As they are remaking our food I am sitting there and I look around. Ick, Ick, Ick! It looked worse than a school cafeteria after lunch hour. Half eaten food just sitting on three tables, watermelon rinds and who knows what else on the floor. I counted 7 opened bottles of water on the tables. There were 2 liter bottles of soda just laying on the floor sometimes under childrens clothing. (the ones you can order off the menu! But the best part was the wet swim suits and towels laying on top of the soda an the shelf near the beverage cooler! I saw kids clothes and shoes everywhere, but no kids??? Were they in the kitchen? Did some one take them home? I get home, my food is hot, but it is NOT good. At Hong-Kong-Tokyo all the food tastes the same. I am not sure why I keep giving this establishment second chances. They lost our business for good. Go across the street to the little red building. They dont deliver, but it is always hot and tastes fresh.

Ok I ordered food from Hong Kong and my father had paid by credit card. we had to give the guy are credit card # more then once. So there Machine mysterouly broke down after they told me that my card went through. So they called me 20 mins later and said there machine was down. So when the delivery guy came to my home he already had given the food with the receipt that i purchased the food. But now Hong Kong wants to tell me that It wasnt paid for and i shouldnt have recieved the food. at this point i was alrady fristerated with Hong Kong Resturant. So then they called me again at about 9 last night saying is there a way you can pay it. I stated no not at this time. They said Ok then were going to call the police and you will be charged with Theft. at this point i was more furious than ever. So I called the Aithorites myself told them What happened and they came out. knowing that this was completely stupid. So I talked to the nice officer and she gave me till tonight to pay it back by the way It was over 14 dollars and 28 cents that Hong Kong tried to press charges. PLEASE NEVER EVER order from them they are bullies and want money greety people

Customer service is OK ! the food is Good, a tiny bit pricey I think, fast delivery but its OK, the food is worth the pick up. fast service, tasty food!!! delivery , its good :-)...chicken wings are great too.. service girl is cute (my husband says ..lol) My husband and I were so excited to find out that our FAVORITE Chinese restaurant was also going to doing take-out/delivery. The food is AWESOME and the portions very large. We are so happy we found this restaurant after trying so many in our area. FYI, if ordering Chinese, the chicken on a Stick is to die for! Never dry and great flavor! We came in on Christmas day for lunch. The hot n sour soup was really good and I dont like tofu. I had the orange chicken and it was really good. I really enjoyed . The food was delicious, and you can get virtually any kind of Chinese food you can think of. Most of the menu is not classic Chinese, but has modern twists on classics. The service was good . Best of all was the value. My wife and I had 2 apps and 2 entrees it cost us $30 including tax and tip. I will be going back.

Very rude! We order from there all the time just because theyre the only Chinese delivery in the area. We called to place an order, my sister came home so we called right back, literally 2 mins later to add 1 more item to the order & the lady in the phone got very angry & began to mock me. I was a little confused as to why so I continued to tell her what wed like to add. She began yelling at me on the phone about what kind of spicy chicken so I just asked her to cancel my order please & she said fine! & hung up on me. I called back & said it was rude to hang up while I was talking & I just wanted to be sure the charge were reversed. She said I already did it & if I didnt believe her I can drive up there. I explained I just wanted to be sure since she hung up on me before I had the chance to even ask that. I asked to speak to a manager as she was still raising her voice to me me after treating me so poorly for no reason. She said she was a manager. Im not sure if she was or not but i said we would no longer dine with them she said fine & hung up again.
