After waiting in line for over an hour (something about the local elementary school having some event combined with severe apathy and lack of urgency behind the line) I explain to three different people at the register that I have purchased chips with my meal. After the girl audibly swears about something else, and then speaks ill of actual customers as if other customers could not hear her, she hands me my food (without chips) to usher me out and I politely remind her for the third time (third time to her alone, not to mention the other two people before her), she replies with a curt "oh yeah." and literally drops them in front of me and they slide across the counter towards me as she spins back around to complain about more customers to coworkers. This is some of the worst service Ive ever experienced and will absolutely not return to this location so long as I live. I was appalled at the service and at the utter lack of regard for common decency and proper attitude. The most unprofessional behavior Ive ever had the misfortune to observe. Outrageous.

I started going to this chipotle last spring and and the Asians that used to work there and manage at the time were awesome! They knew their regulars and treated everyone with kindness and loved serving their customers no matter what time of day it was. NOW, the team they have working are LAZY. They are inadequately trained and dont care about customer service. They hate when you come in at night and are their last customers and they dont try to give you the time of day when ordering. They never have their foods stocked to a decent level and if you ask for something on your bowl or burrito, they are extremely stingy. If Im paying for an extra meat and well loaded burrito or bowl I expect to get everything I pay for. If I ask for sour cream I dont want a teaspoon of it, I want an actual scoop. This Chipotle needs to get their stuff together and management needs to be replaced. And to top that all off, they never keep the place to a decent cleanliness level. Floors arent swept, tables arent cleaned. I will not be returning.

Just had the worst experience at a Chipotle.. Ever! Ive been going to this same Chipotle for years because its right next to my gym. Tonight at 9:00 the server (dark skinned woman with short hair) took her sweet time making me and 3 other customers wait in line. It was almost obnoxious, and the whole time the cashier wasnt doing anything to help while talking to some guy sitting down eating. Everyone else was nowhere to be found except for a young Mexican lady cooking. In addition, she completely messed up my order countless times and being fed up I just accepted my saturated bowl of sour cream and left. They should both be fired because they clearly dont value the job our customers. We were all shocked at the lack of service. I hope they get rid of these people so this place can keep up its good rep with me. I eat there 3_4 times a week

Worst chipotle in the whole area!! Ive ordered from this place a few times since moving to and each time its been crap service or my food isnt ready for pickup at the time they told me it would be ready. Even after calling to verify time! This time I called because the app gave me two different times for pickup. The guy I talked to told me it would be ready for pickup the first time the app told me, and when I asked him if he would have it done for sure at that time (cause every time Ive ordered Ive had to wait inside while they quick throw it together) he said they had a line and he cant guarantee anything... OKAY so whats the point of ordering online if I have to wait behind everyone else when I walk in?! Ill drive across town to go to a different, more welcoming chipotle.

This is by far the worst Chipotle that I have ever been to. The employees appear to be lazy, and move at an extremely slow pace (they look as if they hate being there). Also, the store itself appears to be underemployed or extremely inefficient, it is hard to tell. Dont expect to be treated very well either, the ladies who typically work the register have typically had attitudes. Also, the food itself, at this location, isnt very good. They usually burn the chicken, and/or dont have food always ready (I have found this to be a common problem). Expect the line to move slowly too.

Avoid this Chipotle if your in a hurry. The food is good. The employees are friendly. The place is usually clean. But the service sucks because they are always understaffed. The line is always out the door, and not because the place is packed, because its dinner time and they have one person on the line. This is a management problem. They staff low to keep labor cost down but that means wait times are long. More than one person I know and myself included have driven across town to a different Chipotle because the lines here are so bad. Also typical portion size grumblings.

This is the WORST Chipotle EVER!! The slow service is absolutely ridiculous! I got there before the lunch rush and there were only 4 people ahead of me and it still took me 20 minutes before I got to order!!! They are too concerned with making the online orders rather than helping the customers in line. Dont even get me started on the online order because EVERY TIME Ive ordered online theyve made it incorrect. After waiting in a short line for 20 minutes Im not HAPPY to get COLD food! Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles to the Shoreview Chipotle.

Normally I love chipotle and have even been going to this location for almost 8 years. On 12/10/15 I did an online order for pick up at 630. Decided to wait in line and when I got to the first guy. Told him I was there for pick up, and they hadnt started my order. Was slightly mad. But not a big deal. The order was on a receipt in front of them and they kept asking me what each item needed. Then, it took 1 guy 3 different tortillas to wrap my burrito. This place has been going down in the last year. Will not be coming back.

8/4/15 first customer 11am opening and the place was digusting. every table was filthy and the puddle of liquid on the floor still had cubes from the employee that spilt it. The floor had not been swept and there was food everywhere under every table. Now for the gastrointestinal pains KEEP AWAY! WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!! My husband forgot his money to pay for our order and I just called in my account number. The gentleman who took care of me over the phone was awesome! He was very helpful and greeted my husband at the door and got him all squared away with his order. I thought he did a great job and wanted everyone to know what great customer service we had.

Really slow for a Chipotle. had to wait for about 5 min after ordering because they had no fajita veggies made... like... is it that tricky to tell when a container is half empty? I dunno... I need to find a different location to go to next time because the staff here does not seem adequately trained... aka: management, this is YOUR fault.
