What I am about to say has been said before, but apparently it is falling on deaf ears. 50 minutes; from the time that I got to the door, and when I finally paid for two items. Having worked in restaurants off and on for 20 years, I have rarely seen a staff so lethargic and out of tune with each other! One employee in particular, who was responsible for the sauces and veggies, should refrain from explaining to each customer how they have worked a 10 hour shift without a break. Tell you what kiddo, we dont care! We have all done it, and some of us in our mid to late forties still do it, and dont mind! That is life! That is a good paycheck! That attitude reinforces the fear that us older people will be taking care of you when you are 40 years old, versus the other way around! But, the most important aspect of that conversation that you were trying to have with every customer is, it is extremely inappropriate. Besides the crunchy rice, the food tasted good. Chipotle is one of the fastest paced fast-food restaurants; the demands for hustling during the rushes is key to their success. This town waited a long time for one, and we would sure love it if these kids would show better work ethic and enthusiasm!

I bought a chicken burrito bowl after a long day at work. Took my food home to eat and found chunks of BEEF in my chicken burrito bowl. I am HINDU and cant eat beef. I am extremely disappointed that my food was contaminated with beef. I went into this location to get my money back and the manager treated my complaint as if it was not a big deal. Customers should not eat at this location for the following reasons; CONTAMINATION with other food, chunks of food laying on the counter, employees not frequently changing gloves after brushing food off the counter onto the floor, hard rice, long lines and poor customer service. Needs less to say chipotle has lost a customer for life. I hope this is helpful!

First I get a hair poured on my burrito, When I point it out they get new sour cream and that has a hair in it. So Im patient while they get yet another one. Next my wife goes to fill our pops up and it shoots pop all over her and I mean all over her! I asked the employee behind the counter to please get the manager, when she comes out I explain our experience and she says "Awww, Thats to bad" and walks away. I would never recommend anybody eat here! Dirty, unsanitary, rude and they dont care the experience they are providing! If I could leave a negative I would! Skip this place and save yourself food poisoning!

I placed my order online 20 minutes ahead of time so I wouldnt have to wait in line. Once I got there at the time it said it would be ready, it wasnt. The guy said it would be a little bit of a wait. I didnt mind having to wait 5 minutes it was no big deal. Ended up waiting for 25 minutes, and then one of the workers says to everyone there that it was going to be a 20 minute wait if anyone wanted any type of rice. I was very unimpressed with their costumer service so I left and went to Apple Valley.

Trust the people who say; the service here is a joke. I actually couldnt tell if any of the 5 people on staff were over the age of 16. People in line were visibly annoyed by how slow everything was moving, yet not a single person working seemed to care. I went in for a burrito and it took them 20 minutes to serve 7 people in front of me. By the time I left, there was a line to the door. I ended up leaving without a burrito because I got tired of waiting. Dont even waste your own time going here.

I have never seen anything like it, this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The trash was overflowing onto the floor and every table was covered in food. Obviously management does not hold their employees accountable because it was not busy and everyone was just sitting around drinking soda. I actually took pictures of the filth but I cant post them, they are enough to make a person sick!! I recommend you go some place else and not loose your appetite when you walk through the door.

Well the line was long...Its nice to have a local location vice going to Apple Valley. The footprint of the store is a little smaller. But, most importantly, the service and quality of the food was great! Both the pico and the guacamole are very cold so they are kept at the right temperature and are not sitting out. Im sure the place was rushed during construction...the ceiling is unfinished and looks like a new garage. Glad to have a nearby location.

I love Chipotle. I think its a gift from God. I have gone to this location 3 times in the last 3 months and their service sucks. 30 minute wait times for 15 people in front of me is crazy for Chipotle. One kid looked so lethargic, he also could benefit from a smile once in a while. To many gringos working their i think, time to bring in the latinos and show them irish folk how its done. I wont be going back to this location.....

30 minute wait. Was way under staffed. The meat was burnt and the veggies looked burnt too. Every burrito they folded broke. Untrained staffed. Will not be going back. Will drive 5 more minutes to the Apple Valley location instead. Order chips and quac with my meal. Took a minute for someone to scope the quac after paying. Then they never handed it to me. They kept it on the line. I left without it. Go to Apple Valley instead.

I know this place hasnt been open long but man are they struggling. Food was good but the service was terrible. Cashier kept disappearing, the person loading up the orders had add and kept doing different things with out finishing what they started. That and other things led to a line to the door that moved sooooo slow. Im hoping it gets better. I gave it 2 stars only cuz the food was good.

I never do bad reviews, and choose to go out of my way for Good ones...that being said, something has to be done with this place. I was so excited about a Chipotle right down the street from my house, but its still faster it seems to drive the extra 10 minutes to Apple Valley. You get blank, dull stares from people who just dont seem to know, or care what theyre doing. Please help!!

Wow. Shell shocked that the Chipotle employee standards are not up to date with those other Chipotles. Slow lines, crappy multiple-hour-long food on display, dull glances from employees, and worst of rude management. Lol dont get me to start the roasting on this management.

Chipotle is known for there long lines, but waiting in line for 20 minutes just to move Five feet is nuts! The amount of food you get is a joke. I highly recommend going to Apple Valley they give you excellent portions and I have yet to have a problem with their service.

When you cant open on time dont expect people to wait around. Cold food undercooked meats(raw fatty chicken) bloody steak is a regularity here. Wait times are apple valley bad.its usually faster to run to any of the eagan locations and back.sad to say I Wont be back.
